Our First Dubai Trip as a Trio – Unforgettable.
Our stay at this beautiful hotel was absolutely fantastic! ✨ The hotel itself is stunning, well maintained, and has such a wonderful atmosphere — but we would especially like to highlight Lester and Masswell.
They truly went above and beyond throughout our entire stay. They were incredibly attentive, always ready to help, and made sure that every request we had was taken care of. Their warm personalities, genuine hospitality, and positive energy made us feel incredibly welcome and well looked after.
The hotel is already beautiful, but having Lester and Masswell there made the experience even more special. Their dedication, professionalism, and thoughtful way of taking care of their guests really stood out and made our stay unforgettable. ❤️

Wonderfull Hotel
We had an amazing stay at the W hotel the palm Dubai. The check in was amazing and Rose explained everything very clearly regarding the hotel and the all-inclusive package. The hotel and the room was spotlessly clean and the food in all the restaurants was amazing. We spent most evenings in Aether bar and Prativia was excellent, remembered our names and drinks etc.. the service was excellent form everyone in the bar. The sobe bar was excellent, and PJ and all the staff were amazing. We would recommend a visit to Akira Back as the food was stunning.
The concierge Ismail was excellent and he booked several trips for us during our stay, he made everything easy and we highly recommended you book any trips through him. We had an amazing stay and will back soon!

The kids club toucan is absolutely amazing! The activities are fun, creative, and perfectly organized, and the atmosphere is fantastic!!! A huge thank you to the wonderful team, mostly Tara, Sandhya, Ojo, and Maria, who are incredibly kind, caring, energetic, and attentive with my daughters!!! Our girls had such a great time and absolutely loved every moment at the club. Thank you for the amazing memories! ❤️ Highly recommended!

Heaven on Earth — and I’m not being dramatic
Booked a girls’ staycation + surprise bachelorette and honestly expected a nice hotel.
What we got? The whole universe.
Every single person we met was an absolute gem: • Christine in sales: Did way more than just help with our little group booking, the brunch, and basically helped with arranging a little something during brunch to help with our celebration our celebration. Legend. • Javid + team: Okay, can we talk about Javid?? God-sent. He handled our reservations and requests like a VIP wizard — got our room preferences perfect wykyk , sorted every little detail, and was still there for my ridiculous 1am requests with zero judgement. The kind of front desk person who makes you feel like the hotel revolves around you. What a marvel • Ravi at Sobe: Took our after-brunch to the next level. The vibes, the service, the extra special touches — we didn’t want to leave. What was mad fun became legendary too. He’s a true gem • Madura: The glue. Answered a thousand questions pre-arrival, welcomed us like family, handled last-minute bookings, and even saw us off. If hospitality was an Olympic sport, he’d take gold. A real MVP
The stay was flawless, the memories are permanent, and my group chat is still not over it. Thank you to the entire team — you made it unforgettable! Also a shoutout to our server at Sobe and Mark at the brunch.
