- Breathless Cancun Soul Resort And Spa

Breathless Cancun Soul Resort & Spa is located just 25 minutes from Cancun International Airport along the lively Cancun strip in the Hotel Zone. It's nestled between Nichupte Lagoon and Caribbean Ocean with a front view of the monumental Mexican flag for the ultimate welcome and immersion into the Mexican culture. Soak in unmatched ocean and lagoon sunset views from one of our two connecting towers, each offering their own unique vibe, so singles, couples, and friends (+18 years) can discover the perfect mix of excitement and relaxation blended to your liking.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Service, rooms, room service and rooftop bar were the highlights of the resort. Underwhelming beach with the location not able to experience crashing waves or typical oceanfront views, palm tree style relaxing oasis. Pool bars closed early, food was often bland, and nearby traffic could be heard very loudly.
Spent 5 days at Breathless Soul Cancun and it was fabulous. It is the perfect mix of party and relaxation, perfect for bach trips, birthdays, or if you just want to have a good time. The food was absolutely amazing. I’ve been to a dozen all inclusive resorts and they had the best food.
The room and oceanfront view was perfect. I especially loved the glass shower and the built in Bluetooth speaker. Room service was quick, staff is friendly, drinks were great, and I would 10/10 come again. Only thing I didn’t care for was that there is a public beach at the hotel which would get very crowded. However, only guests were allowed in a certain area, which was nice.
Beautiful resort, safe and clean during construction but horrible Xhale Club experience; over priced and we were served as a regular paying guest, mis advertisement no warm welcomepackage or greetings, room not stocked at arrival or daily, no special accommodations, beach was terribly over crowded with locals and felt uninviting as it was open to the public. Not a good experience for our 27th wedding anniversary and our very first trip to Cancun!
It was okay they lack something that I can pin the tail I think I am upset about my mini bar not being filled at all and that I asked for it be filled 2 times. My view was amazing! The food the drinks okay they seem a bit weak not enough staff in the weekend for the pool. Omelet guy was good. The desserts are good but the cafe closes early and u can’t order dessert for room service?
My husband and I stayed here for 4 days/3 nights. The room was nice, and the amenities were okay, but overall, I would rate the hotel experience a 5/10. For an all-inclusive adults-only resort, I was shocked that everything closes at 11 PM. Room service is available 24/7, but it took about an hour to arrive, so if you get hungry late at night, plan ahead. On the last day of our trip, I started feeling extremely sick and initially thought it was from traveling. However, after seeing a doctor, I was told I had bacteria in my blood and otitis externa (swimmer’s ear). I was informed it was likely caused by exposure to contaminated water. The pool appeared clean, but the water didn’t seem properly chlorinated. What concerned me even more was hearing from several people in our group who also became sick during the trip. The food was average at best, and the additional prices for things like private dinning, hibachi dinner and massages were outrageous. Honestly, the highlight of our trip was leaving the resort and going to Coco Bongo. It was by far the best club experience our group had. To make matters worse, renovations started the day after we arrived because Hilton had purchased the property. There was construction, confusion, and just an overall messy atmosphere. Unfortunately, I would not return to this resort.
