Kids activities, pools and rooms
The kids’ club was fantastic with a wonderful variety of daily activities. Our kiddo had a blast painting, making keychains and bracelets, decorating cookies, and making pizza. They also offered options like Go Danny Go, swimming, sandcastle building, and video games (though we skipped those). The highlight was definitely the amazing face painting! I really appreciated the flexibility of being able to either drop off our child or stay with them.
A quick note on the layout: the kids’ pool is located inside the kids’ section, meaning you have to go through the check-in area to access it. It wasn't my favorite pool and not my favorite layout since it felt quite separate from the rest of the resort.
As for the rest of the resort, the food was excellent, and while the rooms were slightly humid, the views were absolutely amazing

Cancun Paradise
Amazing food. Amazing views. Pool/beach front bar none the best in Cancun. The staff/service OUTSTANDING. Alex Galmitch at the bikini pool was the best server I’ve ever had.
Beautiful experience
Our stay at this hotel was experience of our life time. We loved everyday. The best part pas kidz club for us. Their staff are amazing and took good care of our 3year old kid while we enjoyed the amenities at this resort. Special thanks to Diana at Kids club has been superb and took food care while dined at adult only restaurants. Our kid loved playing with them. Gaby, Manu, Salma, Regina, Rebeca, Emilia and Jitzel all took good care of at kids club. Thanks a lot for such an amazing vacation. You gave us good reason to come to Americana Grand Fiesta coral beach, in addition to great restaurants, hospitality, beach and swimming pool
Best show food and service at Chianti restaurant
Chianti restaurant was amazing. Great food and The most excellent service from both Pablo and Miguel. They treated us like kings from the moment we arrived. We were extremely spoiled. They even put on a show with the coffee; a must see. Thank you Pablo and Miguel!
