Disappointed!
This property was horrible. The initial communication was not welcoming. The property is old. There is no main attractions besides the pool. There was only 2 restaurants to choose from and the food was absolutely horrible. The drinks was watered down with no top chef liquor. I had to venture off and spend additional money for food and drinks. If you want a steak you have to pay extra unless you agree to go to a 90 min presentation so that they can try to sell you a membership then they’ll give you 1 steak dinner and not a nice cut at that! The electricity and water was off 2 days for about 3 hours with no A/C, toilet, or water use and no communication from staff about the issue. The communication is horrible. The staff had an attitude if you didn’t have a tip. The room was not properly cleaned. I could go on and on but the good thing is there was No mosquitos!

Horrible and disappointing stay
Hor-rible ! Don't waste your money. Food is blah at best. You're constantly eating with the wildlife. I paid extra to be on the adult only side, yet I had a bunch of noisy kids running around screaming at 1:00 in the morning. Staff and management are totally indifferent to whatever your concerns are. There was construction going on at every turn. And if you like quality alcoholic drinks, you're in for a rude awakening. They're forever getting your order wrong at the restaurants. And it's not like the don't understand what I'm saying, as I'm fluent in Spanish. I would never go back there or would I ever recommend anyone else doing so. If you do, remember, YOU WERE WARNED !!
Steer clear, there are plenty of other resorts
Rooms were leaking water from ac, two restaurants closed, power outage, and bugs. Check in was long.
Beach Getaway
Beautiful room with beach front location and plunge pool. Beach was beautiful and perfect for families. Resort is within walking distance to shopping mall and Ferris wheel

10/10 all inclusive resort experience
The Grand Park Royal is a stellar property. Our room had a great view of the ocean and it was comfortable (good amount of space for 4). The property feels like a cool jungle retreat, with Iguanas roaming around and awesome pools. The food offerings also were abundant, we ate like there was no tomorrow. I would absolutely recommend this gem of a place to anyone looking for all-inclusive experiences in Cancun.
