Rooms: Super Clean. Best AC I’ve ever had in a resort. Housekeeping are very lovely also.
Beach and pool: We went during the beginning of sargasso. There is seaweed, a lot on the shore but not much in the water, and they don’t clean it regularly, but it’s not an issue. The water is crystal blue and swimable. Water is really rough, huge waves and current pulls you. The ocean calmed down every day after 1:30pm. Finding chairs at the beach or pool was never an issue. THE POOLS!!! AMAZING!! Best pools I’ve ever seen in an all inclusive resort. Always clean. We never felt crowded in those pools. We always chose to go to the NORTH pool. This pool hosted all the entertainment and there was always someone passing for drinks.
Entertainment: AMAZING!! Shoutout Antonio, Gonzalo, David and Chris for the best entertainment. They really make an effort to remember familiar faces and make you feel so welcomed. Me and my mom did the water Zumba every day, so fun. There is constant music, DJ, and games (bingo, trivia, sports) at the pool every hour hosted by them. The shows at night are also phenomenal!!
Restaurants/buffet and reservations: The best restaurant was the Japanese, Noriku. We also liked the Italian and the Steakhouse. We didn’t like the Mexican one, food wasn’t good. The buffet was good. Breakfast was amazing. Lunch was repetitive, always the same foods. Dinner was good, always had a different theme. For the reservations, we didn’t like the process. You can only reserve 1 day in advance, and you have to wait a huge line at 9am when the desk opens, just for them to tell you “it’s full”. We spoke to an agent and he did all of our reservations for us. The online system didn’t work either. But it’s not impossible to get reservations, it’s just annoying.
Staff: SO FRIENDLY!! Shoutout Johnny at the buffet. He connected with my family instantly on our first night. Shoutout Alejandro who was our server at the North pool, always did an excellent job. Staff will take such good care of you.
Facilities: The 24 hour cafe was amazing. They have ice cream, coffee, salads, sandwiches, etc. Elevators worked amazing. There is an area for kids, water games, kids club. During our stay, we had a mini market outside the buffet every day, so cool.
Cons: Reservation system is not great at all. Repetitive lunch buffet. Buffet is closed once a week for dinner so make sure you ask which day that is.
Good for couples and people looking to relax
Nice food and rooms, an experience for the people interested in having a good time on Cancun.

My daughter loved it
We had such a great experience with the Beach Bunch Kids Club. My daughter and her cousin absolutely loved spending time there and were always excited to go back.
They did lots of different activities, including arts and crafts, games and playing in the indoor play area, and always came out telling us how much fun they’d had.
A special mention has to go to Nicy, Alessa, Elsy, Erandi, Alejandra and Mich, who were all fantastic with the children. They were so friendly, patient and attentive, and you could see how comfortable and happy the kids were around them.
As parents, we were also really impressed with how secure and well managed the kids club was. The room felt very safe, with proper controls around who could enter and collect the children, which gave us complete peace of mind while they were there.
A brilliant kids club with genuinely lovely staff. Thank you for looking after the girls so well and making their holiday even more enjoyable. 5 stars!
Great Family Vacation
We had a wonderful time at the resort! The staff are amazing, especially Antonio leading the activities, Rita at the enclave pool area, and Bruno taking photos! Our room was cleaned and well stocked everyday, and if we needed something we got it immediately. The only drawback was the seaweed which was obviously out of their control.
We had a room with a terrace on the ocean and watched the sea turtles come in and nest at night. We saw baby sea turtles make their way to the ocean in the mornings!
We will absolutely visit this resort again in the future

Best family vacation!
We had the absolute best time on our family vacation!! All of the service was FANTASTIC everywhere we went!! Special thanks to David, Antony, and Michelle in the entertainment; Flores and Felix in the Enclave bar, and Baak and Carlos- the waiters at the pool! We loved every minute of our time here! Muchas gracias!!
