The workers at the pool area kitchen were amazing, alejo, Karla, Julio, Antonio and josue Were amazing to us all week we were there!

Do not come here.. I am here right now and cannot wait to go home... if I had money to leave I would have the moment I walked into the room.. does not look like the pictures on line.. well maybe the member rooms are better.. but rooms are so gross and out dated... I am not one to complain because ive come to cancun for over 20yrs but the food here is really bad... service is worst.. my son was looking forward to having pina coladas on his vacation and they only had them ONE DAY.. they do not have any other mixes.. no margaritas.. no chocolate... no strawberry... so bad... room where they did have breakfast buffet LEAKS everywhere.. no night entertainment...cant get reservations for dinner anywhere... and I even tried to order room service but was told I couldn't because im not a member.. smh.. I am telling my travel agent to never offer this place to anyone... and I will tell all my people to stay away from it too.. this place is ridiculous... cant wait to go home...
Poor food for the cost, great service.
Not fond of the restaurant or food choices. The service provided by Cesar at eh Grill however, TOP NOTCH.
Best barrista
Our barrista Yahaira was fantastic!! She was so kind and efficient . She works at the “take a bite cafe”
