Birthday celebration
My birthday trip has been awesome.at this hotel. Breakfast is superb and Armando at the breakfast buffet made it a nice experience.very attentive and nice.

2nd Time Around
This was my second time staying here. The staff was lovely. Our butlers, Alan and Eladio were very nice.
The only downfall with the Aqua club is that you do not have a lot of the amenities that I have experienced elsewhere. For example: no bottles of alcohol. You would have to purchase which I’ve never experience on a club/butler level.

MLM part is disappointing but good outside
Breathtaking and amazing. The food is beyond delicious. The beaches and waters are prestine as are the views. HOWEVER be aware they will pull you into a sales pitch for vacations on your first night. It really leaves a sour taste and will ruin the morning of your second day. I talked to others at the pool who were members and PLEASE DO NOT give into the sales tactics. It is sad that they do this and it could lead to less tips for the hard working staff. But the members are screwed and it costs 100k to get out of the membership. However it is a good joke and laughing point around the resort. Just focus on the outside and it’s perfect and the staff are amazing. Major shout out to Miguel at the lower inside bar and his drinks and readiness for fun and laughs. Daniel at the cabanas and sea side was so attentive and made our anniversary/honeymoon so special. We definitely will go back and hope they change the whole sales stuff though
Marco Marco Marco!!! The best!!!
The best customer service from Marco at the fresh juice bar. Never seen anyone working so hard and quickly to get everyone’s juices/smoothies made. Honestly this was the best thing at the hotel. He’s the most friendly welcoming guy and will make you the best fresh juices!!! Thank you Marco for making our trip incredible.
