We had an amazing experience at The Grand at Moon Palace Cancun! The resort is absolutely beautiful and has so much to offer. There are plenty of activities to enjoy throughout the property, along with a great variety of restaurants, so there was always something new to try.
A special shoutout to our butlers, Jorge and Aldryn, who truly made our stay even better. Their service was exceptional! From arranging our dinner reservations to coordinating numerous transportation pickups, they made everything easy and convenient for us. They were attentive, responsive, and always willing to help with whatever we needed.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the level of service we received. If you’re looking for a beautiful resort with great dining options, plenty of activities, and outstanding service, The Grand at Moon Palace Cancun is definitely worth visiting. Wonderfully Satisfied
From arrival to departure, Juan, Irving and Rogelio attended to our needs at every moment of our stay. They are exceptionally wonderful in hosting us. We couldn't ask for a better team. The Gran at Moon Palace is one of the best resorts we ever stayed at.
MENS HAIRCUT is AMAZING w/ EVELIO
We weren’t initially planning on getting a haircut while at The Grand, but we had some resort credits to use as residence members and decided to give it a try. WOW, we were blown away! Evelio was INCREDIBLE. He was so professional, detailed, and gave my husband one of the best haircuts he’s ever had. It looks so clean and professional!
We honestly didn’t expect to be this impressed, but now this is going to be a must every time we come back to The Grand. Highly recommend Evelio!

Don’t have a life or death experience here.
Do not rely on this resort's app; bookings are canceled without notice. Room service takes over an hour. Most critically, the staff has no emergency action plan. While swimming nearby, my daughter suffered a serious seizure. Her emergency meds were in our room. I frantically requested a golf cart transport. Despite speaking clearly in Spanish to ensure urgency, the staff completely failed. They repeatedly called a water rescue team instead of dispatching transport. I had to yell just to get them to understand that I didn't need a lifeguard—I needed a cart. The staff grew upset with my justified panic while my daughter suffered. It took 15 minutes to secure a cart for a 150-yard distance. That’s 1 1/2 football field away! As a disabled veteran, I had to lift my seizing daughter into the cart myself while staff watched, injuring my back, and then panic-sprint to the second floor. My daughter finally received her life-saving medicine while laying on the concrete floor while my wife, and 3 kids crying helplessly on the sidelines. The staff has zero crisis training and zero empathy. Management’s follow-up was insulting. We were checked on once and dismissively told that if we wanted medical help, we could go downstairs, pay a $150 fee, and "enjoy the rest of our stay." This resort is a severe safety liability. Their communication is broken, their staff is untrained for emergencies, and their disregard for human life during a crisis is unconscionable.
