Now Emerald Cancun

This resort was great for a quick family trip! Not far from the airport. We have stayed at many Secrets properties, this was our first time at this resort. Mirabel might be one of my favorites! I really enjoyed the resort, the pool(s) and the restaurants. Employees were attentive and friendly. Service was quick. I have no food complaints. My room was very nice and the AC worked exceptionally well. I would stay here again.

We stayed at Secrets Mirabel in Cancun for a week, and it was a memorable experience.

The food was great. The buffet at the Market Café restaurant offered a wide selection of freshly prepared food. We tried it on our first day for lunch and also enjoyed breakfast there in the mornings. Each of the five dinner restaurants—Mexican, French, Mediterranean, Japanese, and the Grill offered a unique dining experience, with freshly prepared dishes and beautifully presented plates. We also enjoyed gourmet/specialty hot/cold coffees/teas, as well as ice cream and desserts, at Coco Café. The restaurant staff provided excellent service and were very attentive to our needs. For example, the waiters explained the menu items in great detail and, when the dishes were served, provided additional information about each item. A special shout-out to Richard at Bluewater Grill for his outstanding service!

The resort offered a number of activities every morning and afternoon, along with a main show each evening. The hotel staff deserve special praise. They were warm, welcoming, and consistently went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Their friendliness and professionalism truly made the experience unforgettable.

We had a great time participating in the daily water aerobics sessions and other water activities led by the Entertainment Team at the pool. A special shout-out to Diego, Jony, Alexander, Santiago and the rest of the Entertainment Team for making the activities so much fun!

Overall, our stay at Secrets Mirabel was a great experience. This resort, which is located in Cancun’s hotel zone, offers a combination of upscale comfort, outstanding service, and relaxation. For those seeking a high-quality all-inclusive experience with excellent hospitality, Secrets Mirabel is an excellent choice. We left feeling thoroughly satisfied and with many wonderful memories.

I cannot say enough good about this place! We enjoyed every minute of our time there! Highly recommend! There was sargassum on the beach, but the resort worked constantly to remove it.
