Home away from home but better
If you like a place that is a home away from home but the convenience of a hotel. This is it! Buffet breakfast was very good, staff are amazing . MRS - Anna booked all of our day trips. Everything in one place. Two swimming pools and food service to the roof and rooms , Fish and shrimp tacos are the best!

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
A medical emergency prevented me from flying and while the airline gave me a credit on the flight, the hotel did not even considered to offer me a voucher. It took days for someone at the front desk to answer the phone let alone have a manager available. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY and read the reviews

I am members Marriott for couple decades. Book this hotel 🏨 because "free" aeroport shuttle. I emailed 📧 hotel over 6 times. Called booked in website for the transportation. They never pick me up. Has to spend $30 taxi 🚕. Mexico travel solutions that is company hotel uses. Try to get refund for money 💰 I spend. I was told "no" it is not hotel problem. The breakfast employee rude

Do not stay here! We had to change rooms 3 times due to hotel vermin with mice, no gluten free food, Very poor air con Dreadful service

Stay Away.
1:- The whole property strongly smells of pesticide and sometimes urine. Not sure if they recently applied pesticide control, but the smell was unbearable. 2: There are no sliding doors for showers. That is crazy low standard even from Marriott standards. There is no full size mirror, no outside sink, looks like rooms are under construction while still charging full amount for stay. 3:- Staff is friendly. 4: Breakfast Menu is ok, eggs are bad and smell for sure. Coffee machine was broken. 5: Stay as far away from Rooftop bar. Extremely watered down drinks and very salty and oily food. Chef does not fundamentally know how to cook or make drinks at all.
