Updates are necessary
Having to always carry a room key is inconvenient and outdated. As a female in a swimsuit or evening dinner dress I don’t have pockets to carry a room key. Elevators were not working everyday. They were being serviced several times per day. Not one vs another. We even got stuck in the elevator. Buttons didn’t light up and the elevator wouldn’t stop. Scary to say the least. It was always something. Lastly the beds are terrible. Please make upgrades to align with your competitors.

Very good hotel
It was a very good hotel beautiful and big. I found the staff very polite and always available to help and also shoutout to the entertainment team they do an amazing job

I enjoyed my stay
I enjoyed my stay over all. The check in process was a little slow. But the staff was super nice and helpful whenever we needed anything. The elevators were a little slow.

Very happy with our overall stay in property
It’s a resort I would definitely return to. You can have any stay that you would like whether it be relaxing or partying or beach in pool they have everything. A couple of the restaurants were awesome. A couple were mediocre and the buffet has a variety so you really can’t go wrong with that. They could switch out the beds depending on who you are. My husband loved the bed. It was too firm for me. We had the best view in my overall writing for them is perfect. I didn’t have one bad thing to say
