Our holiday
The hotel was constantly cleaned it was spotless the staff were friendly all of them and helpful.the bar staff were attentive and very polite,it was a dream to be there. The shows were really good ,the pools clean and the area was tidy ...Thank you to everyone . I feel I made friends with them all. Xxx

Nice resort 👌🏾
Everything was nice, Clean and inviting. Would of gave 5 stars but my only issue was with housekeeping, they kept missing my room 😕. Other than that 10/10.

A true All Inclusive stay !
A great stay in a very convenient all inclusive hotel chain. This Riu Cancun is slightly worn and would greatly benefit renovation, however, the great quality of service and the joyful & positive attitude of the staff made our stay memorable.
Excellent Service and a Warm Welcome
We had a wonderful experience with Julian Ortega today when we arrived and checked in. From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. He went above and beyond to make the check-in and room process smooth and easy for us. We truly appreciated his kindness, patience, and excellent service. Julian made us feel very welcome, and we’re very grateful for his help. Highly recommend him!

8/8-12/26 Stay
I believe for the price, this hotel was a little below par for me. It wasn't terrible, but the biggest issue I had was with the bathroom. Our door wouldn't close without slamming, our shower head had a large leak and would only face one side, allowing a huge amount of water to get all over the bathroom floor. It was inconvenient and dangerous. But, the hotel itself and the people there were very nice, attentive, and we had a great time.
