The time of our lives.
This is our fifth trip with Solaris and we have already booked our next one. We love the time we spend here. They call us family and we are treated with behind satisfactory service. Our butler Ross is exceptional and we always make sure we get him. Highly recommend ♥️
Great experience, but don’t like the new kid free rules at Caribe
We love Royal Solaris! We try to go at least once a year and have the most relaxing stay! We especially loved the coffee bar this time — Aaron makes delicious lattes! Mayra also always made sure our glasses were never empty! Ross secured a cabana for us daily! Highly recommend!!
My only suggestion would be to allow kids at the GR Solaris Caribe restaurants at a bare minimum! We are planning to bring our daughter with us next time and the fact that we can’t take her to Veneto or Bogavante feels extremely limiting for us, as those are our favorite restaurants. We understand having a kid free pool space, but making the whole resort kid free after we had already purchased our presidential membership is extremely disappointing as we purchased with the promise of our daughter being able to utilize GR Caribe as well.
Great staff
This is my second trip to royal solaris and I could not be happier with the level of service they provide. The staff is very attentive and cooperating for example my concierge Ross went above and beyond when I had a injured foot and there was never a time I didn't have ice in my room twice a day just to help rest and recoup. Highly recommend
Awesome experience!
The experience was topnotch! Ross was amazing and made our stay extra extra special! Im gonna miss him! Back to reality for us!
