On the East Coast of the Yucatan Peninsula on Cancun Islands 12 mile stretch of powdery white sands Wyndham Grand Cancún is located directly on the beach about halfway down on the Caribbean side of the Cancun Island. Wyndham Grandi is close to all activities yet removed from the hustle and bustle of Punta Cancun. Just 15 minutes from the Cancun International Airport we are within walking distance to water sports and the islands newest golf course.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.

BEST resort ever!!!!
The best resort ever!!! Orlando, Martin, and Kirenet at the lobby bar are the best!!! They always take care of us and are attentive always. Everyone at the resort has been great!
Dishonest security guards
This hotel kicked me out because my mom told the bartender not to give me anymore drinks. The security harass me and was in my face, followed ‘ escorted me to my room with my mom, told me to pack my bags. They forced me out my room. When I was in my room I had a bag of jewelry & my mom snatched the bag from me & took a amber pendant out & the corrupt security allowed my mom to steal my jewelry in front of their face. They were recording me and followed into my room and kicked me 4 nights earlier. I’m not sure if my mom gave the security my pendant or if the security stole it but they stole it from me. don’t stay here the food sucks. And their bartender Orlando was trying to take me out after his night shift.
Good experience
Orlando at the lobby bar was very friendly and a great mixologist. Remembered my name and made me very very welcomed. Highly recommend.
Very bad experience
Very poor service bad food lack of restaurants and the reason they claim low season not enough visitors most of restaurants closed. Beach location is very bad as well I recommend you avoid it and look for somewhere else
2 weeks of chill
We had a great two week stay here. Staff are very friendly : the entertainment team are amazing - shout out to the volleyball team. La vista restaurant has very good food - Sergio the general manager is very welcoming and always makes sure we have a good team. The breakfast is amazing. Hotel is clean and just a great stay!
