Location Absolutely perfect location, you can access 5th avenue with ease, it is straight outside of the hotel. 50 minutes from Cancun really easy access from airport and to the island mujeres catamarans.
Hotel & Facilities Exceed all expectations! The all inclusive is fantastic such a variety of drinks and food, spirits are branded and the drinks keep flowing. À la carte food in the restaraunts. Pool bars were great, lovely pools - the cabana deal is worth every penny. You can book exertions and the staff are incredibly helpful - perfectly organised.
Rooms Rooms are so big and spacious, the hot tub is an excellent touch, air con is ideal as it was absolutely boiling temperatures when we were there (first week in august). It was my partners birthday and he had a dessert waiting for him when we arrived. We had a garden view which often had birds and animals going by. Racoons and white nose animals with babies - totally magical.
Restaurant and bars
Pool bars were great, waited service was top tier. Kiwi and gin slush and Bahamas mammas are this resorts specialty. Each restaurant had their own theme, asiana was superb - their lychee cocktail DIVINE.
We like to keep ourselves to ourselves and we booked late evening each night for our meals 9pm was perfect timing.
Honestly this hotel was an unforgettable experience and it was painful leaving! Aromas coffee place - THE BEST ICED BANANA LATTE I HAVE EVER TRIED. The fresh desserts and pastries every day were unreal…. I really do miss this holiday, never felt holiday blues like it.
Thank you to the staff they really made this experience special don’t let the seaweed put you off they try their best to remove it and you can go to the islands and up to Cancun for the day if you want to experience the beaches that this county has to offer. Isla mujeres tour from the hotel was PERFECT, surreal experience.

resort classes
had a great experience at this resort! took morning classes with katia. she was an amazing instructor, super kind and patient. i took her yoga and pilates class 10/10 would recommend
Excelente kick boxing!
I like aqua boxing with enrique and katia! It was very fun!
Poor performance
Way understaffed Half restaurants were closed Food was good but they did way too many budget cuts resulting in bad performance
