Excellent service and people that wait on you!!
We had the best time at Ocean Maya Royale! We had breakfast and dinner in the privilege lounge and it was excellent. The service at the top bar was also superb. I would highly recommend you visiting this resort.
The People Are The Best
We always have a great time at any of the resorts and Ocean Maya Royale was no exception. The staff are the best and Edith was exceptional. She handled our requests at the main square and was so attentive and accurate and friendly. I loved when she came round! I also really enjoyed interacting with Viridiana (we became fast friends!) and Susanna (blue team), Armando (server staff), Augustin (Mike's coffee), and Elder and Alejandro (Privilege). The people really help to make the trip that much better and these are particularly awesome!
My Preferred Resort
Specifically I'd like to give a shout out to Pilar for the tequila class, which in turn convinced us to try the Mayan dinner. THAT was absolutely phenomenal. Alberto & Isai were very attentive. The food was delicious and way too much. The entertainment was mind blowing. Pilar's lessons on the Myan culture were so interesting and informative. This is my 2nd time to Ocean Maya Royale and I can't wait for my 3rd.
Absolutely wonderful
Absolutely worth the experience, the food, beverages and service is impeccable. Learning about Mayan culture was a special treat! So many thanks to Pilar and Staff! We had a great Annual Friends Trip!
Mayan dinner
The Mayan dinner was so cool and interesting! The food and staff were amazing and it was so cool to learn about the Mayan culture and the dancers were fantastic!
