Welcome to Mexico
We are currently staying at the reef 28 . The rooms are lovely and spacious. The food in the Italian and the roof top bar are excellent. Probably one of the best all inclusive resorts for food we have had for a long time . Anel on the rooftop pool bar is exceptional. Nothing is too much trouble and she is always smiling. The Mexican restaurant was a massive let down . The food was very average and the service was slow. The concierge were very clever trying to send you to the sister hotels (failing to mention 2 hours of timeshare presentation and a hard sales pitch) that I found really annoying and unacceptable . Its a shame , but it would put me off staying here again . There also needs to be somewhere to sit in the evening and have a drink, the lobby bar is tiny and the roof bar shuts at 9pm .

Relaxed and Revitalized
This was my second stay at Reef 28, and I’d happily return. The staff keep everything spotless and are consistently kind, attentive, and helpful.
The location is excellent, with Fifth Avenue, Coco Bongo, the beach, and the Cozumel ferry all within walking distance. Breakfast is buffet-style, while other meals are served à la carte, offering both convenience and a relaxed dining experience.
The rooftop was a highlight for enjoying drinks and unwinding, with Leonardo, Francisco, and Eric providing excellent service. Whether travelling as a couple or solo, Reef 28 offers a welcoming, convenient, and LGBTQ+ friendly stay.

Semi inclusive. Zero food variety and always seem to sell out of food to limit you further. The service in the restaurants is probably the worst and very rude hosts. The bar attendants on the rooftop and the bar downstairs is the only thing this place has going for it, everything else is well below standard
