Fantastic Vacation!!
When we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted by Mike. Mike had a huge smile on his face and was very nice. He helped us with our luggage. From there, we met Daniel at reception. He was amazing and helped us upgrade our room. Rosy was the next person we met. She was awesome!!! She helped us with all of our needs (and continued to check in on us during our stay). We did go to the presentation and bought (as it was right for us). Dani, Carlos, Michele, and Josua were wonderful. At the pool, Mauricio was spectacular!!! He works very hard to make sure members have everything they need. The bartenders, Uriel, Fernando, and Mel, were the best!!!! I took a wine tasting class. Eduardo, the sommelier, was most helpful and so nice!!! We continued to see him throughout the resort at dinner. Mario, who was catering to the pool areas, works very hard to ensure everyone has drinks. Housekeeping is fast and efficient. Lastly, the food is absolutely amazing!!! The wide variety of choices does not take away from the flavor!!! Best food ever (especially at an all inclusive)!! Thanks to EVERYONE at Iberostar for a fantastic vacation!! Can't wait to go back!!

Poor dirty mattress AVOID THIS HOTEL!
Booking directly with this premium resort expecting a luxury experience. Instead, my room featured a broken TV and a heavily soiled, completely unhygienic mattress (see attached photo). This is a severe breach of basic hospitality health standards. When complained to, Iberostar acknowledged the fault by offering a "future room upgrade"—forcing me to spend more money with them to get value. When I requested a fair 50% partial refund, they stopped cooperating and ignored my emails. Unacceptable customer care for a "Selection" tier resort. Do not stay here.

This is not a 5 star hotel! Booked this direct and nowhere did it advise the swim up rooms did not swim out to a bigger pool area that you could use. If you were a privilege you can the hotel web page is deceptive of the truth and should reflect the correct information. Reception staff unhelpful and in the end left the hotel short of 4 days due to having D&V and didn’t leave hotel to pick up anywhere else. Customer service very poor and tried to get moved to another one of Irbostar star hotel with no reply! Messaged CE via email and still no reply. Work being carried out next to our swim out area left debri from removal of the old plaster with new plaster debris all in the pool with black debris that stuck to your skin. Couldn’t use the swim out and again no warning that work to be carried out. Filled out a disclaimer form for why left and would have appreciated a email to ask further but over a week and not one question. I thought Irbostar was high quality but my first experience won’t have me rush back to book another.

From the moment we arrived, what a beautiful getaway, resort . The entire property is stunningly clean, beautiful, creating the ultimate getaway atmosphere. Warm beach, nice pools. But what truly sets Iberostar apart is the staff. Every single team member is remarkably kind, attentive, and genuinely goes above and beyond to make you feel special.
And the food? Las margaritas?!!! Incredible! Every meal was delicious, with so much variety and wonderful quality. So many choices.... From a brazilian, and american soul, I truly recommend this dream gateway.
