Breathless will take your breath away!
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Breathless Resort! From the moment we arrived, everything was amazing. The resort was beautiful, the atmosphere was lively and relaxing, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special.
The rooms were beautiful and comfortable, the food and drinks were great, and there was always something to enjoy. The entire experience felt like a true getaway, and I loved being able to relax while still having plenty of entertainment and activities available. The resort has six different restaurants, they are not all open the same day, so you have to check the app for schedule and hours. The food is so delicious in each one, you will have a hard time choosing where to eat. Also, since it's all inclusive, you will have access to so much tasty food, each day they have different themes. One of the nights they had a dinner right on the beach with a fire show. Another night was a Mexican Fiesta buffet to die for. The restaurant Spoon has the breakfast and lunch buffets. I was looking for more traditional Mexican dishes but they didn't have as many.
My only disappointment was that one of the two pools was closed for maintenance, and the variety of music was the same daily. I hope management and owners work on the music issue because there were other guests like me that weren't impressed. I did enjoy the water shows at the pool on the weekend.
A special shoutout to the incredible staff for their hospitality and attention to detail. For the tasty drinks look for Mario and Manuel at the pool bar, Pablo the #1 server. For the day entertainment at the pool look for Eric. And for the night entertainment, it's Sofia and Mauricio! These group of workers deserve high recognition because they go out of their way to make the stay fun and special. Eric taught my boyfriend how to play blackjack at the pool.
I would definitely recommend Breathless Resort to anyone looking for a fun, beautiful, and memorable vacation. I can't wait to return.

DO NOT STAY HERE!
I would not recommend this resort for any couples interested in visiting Riviera Maya. Customer service is non existent. There were issues starting from the initial booking process. Apparently using Amex caused an problem. We didn't have confirmation that we even had a room leading up to our stay. There was no one at the resort that speaks English and they don't respond to emails until weeks later or at all. Due to medical emergency where documentation was provided, we had to change dates. We were told we would be accommodated but come to find out, we're only given a credit for half of our stay. When trying to choose a new date, Nancy, the reservation manager became unresponsive, with intentions to keep our money with no accommodation. Which we consider theft. HYATT has since got involved and the case has been escalated on our behalf. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS ESTABLISHMENT
The best, I recommend
Pascual & César at the Spoon Buffet were the best! Every day we looked forward to seeing them for breakfast or lunch. The attentiveness was wonderful, we never had to ask for refills on water or juices. They even gave us the best recommendations on drinks that we sticked with through out our trip. They deserve a raise! They made it feel like home and I hope we see them again when we come back. The hotel specifically is clean and maintained. Everything was wonderful. The rooms were gorgeous, we had the xcelerate king room with view to the pool. Everything was clean and comfortable. Noise level was perfect. If you are on the xcelerate side it’s lively. If you are on the other side it’s more quiet.
