Amazing service and people!
Service was great! Highly recommended! If I have the chance, I’d definitely come back here or to another excellence resort! Mario, in charge of taking care of the beach, was the best!!

Just Okay
Service: I always felt like I was bothering the staff when asking for help. No one really went above and beyond.
The Food: Very hit or miss. Some food was excellent and some was awful. Again, the service was just okay. It was not personable.
The Beach - The sargassum was really bad and so was the smell. Not the resorts fault and they did what they could to make it better. The pools were amazing!!!
Activities: They had a great variety of fun and free activities. We really enjoyed the bike tour with Elios? I can’t remember his name but he was amazing!!
Always good
As usual the staff is always friendly and happy to serve. The reduction of menus were a surprise but mostly very good. Desserts were not as appealing as before the menu changes. Also ice cream choices were minimal. Yoga was great. We were looking forward to not carrying our phones, but it became mandatory for menus and activities. Staff was very attentive, rooms were wonderful.
Much needed retreat
Our stay at Excellence Riviera Cancun went above and beyond our expectations. The staff provided top-notch service throughout our visit, and the dining options were consistently outstanding.

Exceptional Service & Hospitality!
My husband and I stayed at Excellence Riviera Cancun for the first time at the end of July to celebrate our Anniversary, and it exceeded every expectation. From start to finish, the experience was incredible. The food was amazing with so many delicious options to choose from every day, and the overall service across the resort was top-notch. A special shoutout to Magali, the assistant general manager, who went above and beyond to make our trip seamless. When our flight home got delayed, she kindly arranged a room for us to relax in until it was time to head to the airport. That level of thoughtfulness and hospitality made a world of difference.
Thank you to Magali and the entire team for making our anniversary celebration so memorable. We cannot wait to return!
