Our second visit to this fantastic hotel, which suits everyone regardless of age. Excellent facilities, the most amazing restaurants. Everywhere is continuously cleaned, absolutely immaculate. The staff are extremely happy and helpful. Especially Kassandra, Alberto and Marco at the pool bar. Ruth in the lobby bar. Vanessa and Enrique in the main restaurant. But honestly you will not meet a more efficient team anywhere like you do here. The Mayan Odyssey is worth a visit, in the cave on Thursday nights, WOW.

Friendly for families
Locations near play del Carmen, atmosphere is food for families, the rooms are very clean and comfortable but simple nothing luxury. The value is good for the service but not amazing. Noise level is calm. The staff makes a good entertaining service. What we didn't like was the buffet options, the food on the restaurants by menu was really good but the buffet for breakfast was awful. The water park is amazing

Beautiful Resort, Outstanding Butler Service, and a Wonderful Experience!
We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful resort! From the gorgeous surroundings to the relaxing atmosphere, it was a great place to unwind and enjoy our vacation.
A special thank you to our butlers, Iran and Roque, who truly made our experience even more memorable. Roque took care of us on our first night and went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing start to our vacation. His attention to detail, warm hospitality, and genuine care made us feel welcomed and well taken care of right from the beginning. Iran was also wonderful and helped make our stay that much more special. Having such attentive service really makes a difference when you’re on vacation!
We also really enjoyed the Diamond Club bar and pool area. It was a great place to relax, enjoy drinks, and take in the beautiful resort atmosphere.
The resort itself is stunning, with beautiful scenery and plenty of opportunities to relax and enjoy your time away. The food was about what we expected for an all-inclusive resort, with the overall experience being elevated by the beautiful property and, most importantly, the outstanding service.
If you’re visiting this resort, we highly recommend appreciating the butler service, especially Iran and Roque. They helped make our vacation feel special, and we are grateful for their hospitality. We left with wonderful memories and would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a beautiful place to relax and enjoy a getaway!
