Loved it and loved Enrique
Enrique made our stay amazing. He was so caring and helpful to my entire family. He brought my lovely girlfriend coffee each morning and made sure that we were always greatly taken care of!
Get a butler!!
Gonzalo and Christian were amazing. They took care of us and anticipated our needs before we even asked. They both should be managers running the Royalton. Promote them both!!!
IVAN AND ENRIQUE NEED A PROMOTION
Enrique and Ivan were absolutely phenomenal. They went above and beyond for us every second of the day. Words can’t explain how great they were to us. They need a RAISE and a PROMOTION
Not as good as it used to be!
Here now with family and friends. We were here in 2024 and loved it but this time it’s not the same. There have been noticeable cut backs as in the quality of the food, the rooms and hotel are looking shabby to what they were. The sports bar doesn’t open till 3 so we can’t watch any of the English premier league games, been in there twice and the food was cold. The portions are small in the Italians, they have stopped doing boxes of cereal and pots of yogurt for breakfast. The pizzas from grazie to go are half the size, the list goes on. We won’t return again we have paid a lot of money for this holiday and we are all disappointed.
Horrendous
Terrible - absolutely terrible! We should have listened to previous negative reviews as every single one was accurate. Every. Single. One. We are a family of five - 3 sons (22, 18, and 14) and try our hardest to make the most out of our family vacation every year - especially with hectic schedules. We spend a great deal of energy researching new places to go that will accommodate everyone’s unique interests. From the moment we exited our airport transfer onto the property, every single person and every single conversation was an attempt to sell something, to add on expenses (even after paying for the elusive “all-inclusive”), request cash tips for doing absolutely nothing. We were on the other end of too many dishonest promises - after being fooled into spending more money and not getting anything close to what we were promised. We will never spend a single cent for ANY Royalton property again. And, we are definitely not going to stop sharing our horrendous experience (with all details regarding the trip - employee names, Diamond Club dishonesties, etc) with everyone - and we have a very heavy influence.
