AVOID THE RESORT IF POSSIBLE
I wish I could give them less than 1 star. I am sharing this because of the incident I experienced and want others to know. I fully booked a prepaid reservation through Citi Travel, but upon arrival they claimed they had not been paid—a false statement. They charged me $2118 to enter the room. After I filed a complaint with Citi Travel, they revised their account to say we were charged only 2118 MXN pesos. I suggest avoiding this resort if possible; it is time-consuming and the staff lack professionalism.
Excellent bartender
Emilio is the best bartender out there ! Our friends and I love him. If you stay at Royalton you have to look for Emilio.
Family hotel with excellent customer service.
Excellent butler service by Cesar and Alfonso. Carmen was also very kind and helpful with the night housekeeping service.
Iran, Brenda, Armando are true professionals of customer service at this hotel. Amazing food.
We just returned from Royalton Splash Cancun and it exceeded every expectation. This is a true luxury all-inclusive that still feels fun and family-friendly, with beautiful rooms, excellent food options, and a resort that runs like clockwork. What truly set our trip apart, though, were our butlers, Brenda and Iran. Plus Armando the bartender in the Diamond club. From the moment we arrived, they treated us like VIPs. They were warm, professional, and incredibly attentive without ever being intrusive. Whether it was arranging preferred seating at restaurants, stocking our room with our favorite drinks and snacks, coordinating spa appointments, or simply checking in to make sure everything was perfect, they anticipated our needs before we even asked. Their genuine care and positive energy made us feel completely taken care of every single day. The resort itself is fantastic—great pools, delicious dining, and a lively but relaxed atmosphere. But having Brenda and Iran as our butlers elevated the entire experience to another level. They are true professionals who clearly love what they do, and it shows in every interaction. If you’re considering Royalton Splash Cancun, do yourself a favor and request Brenda and Iran. They turned a great vacation into an exceptional one. We can’t wait to return! Highly recommend ★★★★★
Lovely resort, really enjoyed
We had a great experience of this resort, beautiful place, spotless, staff worked very hard , always smiling and saying ‘hola’ whenever we walked past,never pushy and there when needed. Great upgrade to a jacuzzi room on arrival for very reasonable price but well worth it. Booked massages, nails done and brilliant trip out to chitchen itza with them. Overall enjoyed every second and would recommend to anyone, very surprised at the negative reviews
