The hotel's service was excellent, and the staff were all friendly. Everything was great—from the quick check-in and clean room to the comfortable bed and pillows; there was even space available for prayer. The breakfast offered a delicious variety of food and beverage options. The hotel is located in the Kuta Beachwalk area; if you get bored in your room, you can stroll over to Beachwalk or Kuta Beach—which is just about 100 meters away—to play in the water or go for a swim. Although the hotel doesn't have a swimming pool, there is a garden on the ground floor where you can relax.

Amazing service and perfect location! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a wonderful stay at YELLO Hotel Kuta Beachwalk. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. They even kindly stored all 4 of my suitcases for me, which was a huge help! The hotel is also connected to Beachwalk Shopping Center, so it was super convenient for shopping, dining, and getting around Kuta. The service was fantastic, the staff were so friendly, and the location couldn’t be better. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended! ❤️

Will never return
I booked for 2 nights but had to move to another hotel The wall between rooms are extremely thin. I heat everything what neighbors are talking. At 6 30 AM a child from the next room started crying followed up with mother s scolding the child. Another neighbor keep slamming the door so loud , noises from the corridor too. It was one insane experience. No use to complain to the staffs. They gave an respond that it s none of their business.

The location is the best in the mall, Kuta beach is just in front of it, the cleanliness is maintained, hot water is smooth, gallons of mineral water are provided, it's a shame the towels aren't white enough, it's time to change them, all the guards are friendly. It will be one of my regular hotels
