Outstanding service
Great resort to relax and forget about everyday life as it done for you ,it’s all inclusive with the drink and food service at the pool and the beach fantastic. Especial mention to Dewa @ the Grand cafe and his offside Sudi whose service was outstanding from making sure we where never out fresh cold water to remembering our coffee orders ever morning was fantastic. So when you visit say hello to Dewa who I am positive will look after you as well as he did us.

Couldn’t ask for anything better , we truly enjoyed our stay , location great , staff amazing and friendly and everything you need down to a Nanny for the little ones , has a great vibe breakfast was amazing too Thank you Grand mirage

Fun times, great food at Grand Mirage Resort
Our experience at the Grand Mirage Resort was amazing. The hotel had everything you needed to have a great time, there were shows, 7 restaurants to choose from and food was amazing, we choose an all-inclusive package for all our food and drink which was great value. The resort had everything you needed to make a great holiday for couples and families. The staff were wonderful, happy, responsive to your every need. Special mention to Esa Reditya from Grand caffe & main pool also bar staff were all great. Rooms were cleaned daily, fresh towels and amenities replenished.

We had the most amazing holiday , staff so friendly I would like to mention a special thank you to Esa Reditya , who worked in the Grand Cafe and main Pool area she gave outstanding service every day , Food was amazing .Rooms were so clean and serviced daily, i would give this a 10 out of 10 and will be back thank you
7 wonderful days
We have just finished our stay at this resort on the all inclusive package through Luxury Escapes (highly recommended) This resort is very relaxing , great pools including an adults only , clean throughout from rooms to restaurants. Grounds are large without being over the top and the beach is good, though we prefer to swim in the infinity pool
The staff are AMAZING !! Nothing too much trouble, and they are all so friendly and smiling Special mention to the wonderful Purna who greeted us with his infectious smile at breakfast the first day and did not forget our name or coffee order...attention to detail ✔️ Also Sudi and Bagus were firm favourites
The food range is extensive and the drinks list is huge Overall would highly recommend this resort for a relaxing holiday
