Stay at Grand Mirage
We had a lovely stay at Grand Mirage. Stayed here for a week with 2 children (1&4). Different food options for them To enjoy, plenty of ice creams and swimming in the pool. The service was great too. All staff member were so polite and helpful, the cleanliness of the room was great and later afternoon/evening they offered a new set of towels if needed be as well. Our children enjoyed the theme dinner buffets as well that had different shows on. Is highly recommend Grand Mirage for anyone looking for a relaxing and beautiful holiday in Bali. We did not go out much as we have little children and everything we needed and wanted was at the resort. The only one thing I want to comment about would be perhaps to have more smoking sections. But I am well aware it is in Bali and it works different there. Just being a big resort and having an ashtray near the pool with all the children where they and us eat food and drinks. But did not happen very often that people smoked but just a small thing and mainly putting it here perhaps for Grand Mirage to see and change it. I’d definitely come back here - anytime of the year. It was amazing!

Great experience!
Location is fantastic and right on the beach which is nice and clean with plenty of watersport and activities for all the family. Rooms were spacious and cleaned and restocked everyday to a high standard. Great selection of restaurants for all tastes and the pool bar in the family section was fantastic for a snack and the popcorn stand and gelato bar was a lovely addition.
Kids & Babysitting - Lots for the kids to do and great selection of pools and activities including the slide, turtle release and kids club. We have 2 children with additional needs and have always been reluctant to use a babysitter service but thought we would give it a try as the hotel had great reviews. We then had the absolute privilege of meeting Yanti who the children fell in love with almost immediately. Yanti listened to our concerns and took time to familiarise with the strategies we utilise for the kids. Yanti had the most gentile and caring nature and made us feel at ease straight off the bat. She would send us a few pictures throughout the evening but didn't over bare - she just knew we would want a little update to make sure she and the kids were all doing fine. After that 1st evening the kids would constantly ask after her so we decided to ask her to come another night (for the kids if course 😜) she came and took them to a movie night at the hotel and ordered room service. Yanti also brought her own hair accessories and nail polish for the kids and did beauty treatments for them. They didn't know we were on our way back to the room but we could hear them giggling and laughing from outside, we we walked in they were dancing and singing to music on the tv🥰 Because of Yanti we got a holiday too. Would highly recommend the hotel (especially Yanti!) xx

perfect location right on the Beach in Nusa Dua Although it was school holidays the atmosphere was calm and lots of fun The room was fabulous. Clean, airy, fully serviced. Great value for the bed and breakfast option everything was spotless throughout the resort. Finally from check in to checkout every member of staff was welcoming, attentive to detail and seemed to enjoy their work.
