All Good for Family and Kids’ Holidays! This is our third time staying at Hilton Resort Bali, and once again, it’s been a wonderful experience for the whole family. Pak Kariana was very helpful and attentive throughout our check-in and check-out process. He made everything smooth and easy for us. Thank you, Pak Kariana, for the excellent service!

Disturbing Breakfast Experience. Human Hair in Meal
The scenery was truly beautiful, and the hotel staff were generally very friendly. Elara was also wonderful,enjoying a drink while taking in the view was a highlight of my stay.
However, I did have concerns regarding breakfast at Grain. First, a staff member named Stephanie walked directly across the buffet line, bumping into my shoulder without offering any apology or greeting. Additionally, several food nameplates did not match the actual dishes being served. Most concerning of all, I discovered a strand of hair inside one of the sausages. I was so shocked that I immediately handed it over, worried that other guests might unknowingly take it. The staff member only offered a brief "sorry" before quickly disappearing into the kitchen, without any proper acknowledgment of the seriousness of the issue.
I have stayed at Hilton properties not only in Bali but also in other locations, and Hilton is known for maintaining high standards. Finding human hair in food is simply unacceptable and undermines that reputation. I sincerely hope staff training and food safety measures are reinforced.
I plan to return next year and truly hope to see improvements by then. I will also be reporting this incident through Hilton Honors and to corporate. Please take this matter seriously. I believe Hilton can and should uphold the standards that guests expect.
Perfect family holiday resort
We had an incredible family vacation at Hilton Bali Resort! The ocean view from our room was absolutely breathtaking, and we spent hours just soaking it in. The pool area is massive—plenty of space for everyone to relax and have fun. A special shout-out to the poolside bar: the food and drinks were fantastic, and the service was always with a smile. This resort truly has it all for a perfect family getaway. Highly recommend!

Exceeded my expectations, good location, great facilities, beautiful swimming pool and beach and the breakfast as well as beverages during the day are outstanding. Last but not least the professional and always friendly staff
