Melia Bali Villas and Spa Resort

We had a truly fantastic holiday at Paradisus Meliá Bali, and from the moment we arrived, the staff made our stay incredibly special. The hotel itself was beautiful, but what really stood out was the exceptional service and genuine warmth of the staff. Everyone was friendly, professional and went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful experience. A special mention has to go to Oka at The Reserve Pool. He is an absolute credit to the hotel. His service was professional, attentive and fantastic throughout our stay. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and his friendly attitude and attention to detail really made a difference to our holiday. One of the highlights of our stay was the wine pairing evening, which was absolutely exceptional. The food and wine were both first class, and it was a real pleasure to meet the chef herself. The whole evening was beautifully put together and was a truly memorable experience. We would like to thank Oka, the chef, and the entire team at Paradisus Meliá Bali for making our stay so memorable. The level of service, food, wine and hospitality was outstanding. We had an amazing time and would happily return. We cannot recommend Paradisus Meliá Bali highly enough!

My girls didn’t leave the teen club! Irsyad and Wira and all the rest of the team were incredibly kind and engaging! We are definitely coming back! The best place in Bali ❤️❤️

We only stayed 4 nights. I read the reviews and thought this was going to be an amazing resort but after transferring from a private villa in Seminyak were a bit shocked with how overrun it was. Loud, brash Aussie families and lots of screaming kids.

I think the staff do their best with such a big, busy resort and are always very lovely and pleasant.

A few let downs in dining. We had an 8pm dinner reservation at Kanna restaurant and were told that the dress code was smart casual. We were sat next to a table of roudy Australian’s wearing swimming costumes and one guy didn’t even bother to wear a top.

We didn’t book an all-inclusive package so dinner was very overpriced compared to our stay at Peppers Seminyak or Padma Legian or just generally any other quality local restaurant you could book yourself. We cancelled all other dinner reservations at Paradisus and instead took a quick 10min walk to the restaurant and shopping strip right next to the resort.

Highly recommend you book dinner at NUSA Nusa Dua restaurant. Excellent service, food, cocktails and was the busiest restaurant as guests from all the neighbouring resorts go here. Price for dinner for 4 people (entree, main and cocktails) was $238 AUD compared to the same at Kanna restaurant at $303.

Rooms were nice. We stayed in a lagoon swim-out suite so didn’t swim in the main pool. We stayed as a family of 4 with 2 teenagers who slept very comfortably on the sofa lounge

We had breakfast each morning for the 7am opening time so that we could avoid the rush of large families with babies. Coffee was good. Had cocktails at the beach bar and this was lovely. Beach front is lovely and beautiful. Kids club looks wonderful for the young ones with an outdoor cinema.

Book a Spa treatment outside the resort at myBALIhealing spa. It was incredible (also located in the restaurant and shopping strip).
