We absolutely loved this hotel. Massive, spotlessly clean room overlooking pool and ocean. Thank you to André our butler who was amazing and the comfiest pillows I’ve ever slept on. All in all a stand out place to stay on our first trip to Bali.

Amazing customer oriented service
As an example I want to highlight how helpful Gusti Adi was during our stay at The Mulia.
We accidentally left our bag at a restaurant in Kuta. When we got back to the hotel and realised what had happened, we were really worried.
Gusti Adi handled the whole situation really well. He personally called the restaurant and managed all the back‑and‑forth communication for us. Thanks to his effort, we got our bag returned safely.
It was so reassuring to meet someone who could actually solve our problem. He stayed calm and took our issue seriously. This kind of hands‑on support made our experience much better. Very grateful for his help.

I would like to give special recognition to Rika from the Lounge team.
We had just finished a tiring 10‑hour journey on our very first day arriving at the hotel. We stopped by the lounge for our welcome drink, and Rika took fantastic care of us. She is such a lovely, warm‑hearted person, incredibly attentive and enthusiastic. Her wonderful hospitality made us feel right at home after our long trip. It was such a comforting start to our Bali stay. We really appreciate her great service.
