Wonderful stay at The Laguna
Dear wonderful team at The Laguna Thank you so much for such a warm welcome and for taking such wonderful care of us! This was our first time in Bali and we truly hope to come back next year with our family. This year, on August 18th, we celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary, 25 years since we got married. And this holiday truly felt like a second honeymoon for us. ❤️ Bali is incredibly beautiful and both Bali and The Laguna will stay in our hearts forever. We would especially like to thank Agus Perdi, Aris, Dhita, Sudiasa, Suardana, Parna, Nuarta, Soefyan, Krisna and Angga! You were all part of what made our holiday so special and unforgettable. ❤️ Our heartfelt thanks also go to the wonderful team who took care of us at breakfasts, dinners and afternoon tea, and of course to everyone who kept our room so beautifully clean and comfortable, wrote us such sweet little notes and left lovely surprises for us. Those thoughtful details meant so much and made us smile every day. ❤️❤️❤️ What touched us most was the friendliness, openness and genuine warmth of the Balinese people. Sapphire Lagoon Bar
Sapphire is a lovely bar with a wonderful atmosphere, and Subrata provides excellent, friendly service. His signature cocktail creation is absolutely fantastic and definitely deserves a place on the menu!
Relaxing holiday

The only place to stay in Nusa Dua
Our stay at The Laguna, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, was nothing short of extraordinary. We chose The Laguna for our honeymoon, and from the moment we arrived until the day we reluctantly left, we were treated like royalty by every single member of staff. The warmth, kindness, and genuine care shown by the team turned what was already a special trip into an unforgettable experience.
The resort itself is simply breathtaking. The amenities are world-class, the beachfront location is sublime, and our Lagoon Access King Suite was absolutely incredible. Waking up each morning and stepping directly into the lagoon felt like something out of a dream. The room was luxurious, beautifully appointed, and maintained to perfection throughout our stay.
The gardens deserve special mention. They are immaculate, lush, and stunningly beautiful, creating a peaceful tropical paradise that makes you feel completely removed from the stresses of everyday life. Every pathway, every view, and every corner of the resort is picture-perfect.
For those who think Nusa Dua is too far away from the action of places like Seminyak, think again. Within a kilometre of the resort there are plenty of shops, restaurants, and conveniences. Better still, the Bali Collection is only around 300 metres away and offers dozens of restaurants, shopping outlets, markets, a supermarket, pharmacies, and everything you could need during your stay.
The Laguna perfectly balances tranquillity and convenience. You can enjoy the peace and beauty of Nusa Dua while still having easy access to dining, shopping, and entertainment.
Quite simply, The Laguna felt like heaven on earth. It was the perfect place to celebrate our honeymoon and create memories that will last a lifetime. We cannot thank the staff enough for making us feel so special. If you’re looking for luxury, relaxation, exceptional service, and one of the most beautiful settings imaginable, look no further. We cannot wait to return.

Disastrous booking system
Over three-quarters of a year ago, we booked a room here for six days for our honeymoon. We were really looking forward to rounding off our trip to Bali with a stay at this seaside hotel. However, three days before our stay at the Laguna Hotel, our booking was cancelled due to overbooking. We then had to find an alternative at short notice, although, of course, almost everywhere was fully booked. I find it utterly unacceptable that a booking should be cancelled three days before arrival, even though it had been confirmed and paid for a long time ago!! In my opinion, this is absolutely poor management, and I hope that we are an isolated case and that the hotel revises its disastrous booking system!
