The hotel is very nice and clean and the service is excellent and the most I love the swimming pool because it’s spacious and it’s shady mostof the day love the ambience and as I mentioned everything is top-notch. Pancani she was very kind and helpful and it’s very pleasant to deal with her.

Fantastic service from Prananta Tristan , grand Mercure hotel . Will definitely be back . Room service was excellent, fresh bed sheet , clean bathroom, floors cleaned and garbage taken out . Fresh water for me too.

The property was clean well maintained and comfortable. The housekeeping was outstanding with the room always spotless the bed beautifully made and fresh towels and water provided daily Special shout out to Pancani .

Great location
Great hotel close to the beach and good restaurants, sometimes pool seats were limited. Breakfast was good but coffee was very average. Hera at reception was very helpful, we would definitely consider staying here again.
