Perfect location for our needs. Came to Bali to learn surfing, and the beach/surf school was just 2 min walk from the hotel; fantastic for 8am lessons! We forgot to book breakfast with our room, but you can book that at the reception for 200k/pax; just reserve and pay the day before. We found it flexible, as some days we decided to try other cafes around the hotel. Hotel is a bit dated, but rooms are large and clean, and aircon is cold. Plenty of restaurants around too. Reasonable price, so it’s good value for money, and met all our needs. Vellia (guest experience), Putra (porter) and Indah (reception) were very helpful (the rest of the staff we encountered were all lovely too, but I’m afraid my memory for names isn’t that good!) Will be back!

I was lucky enough to have Pancani greet me at the registration desk today. I was greeted with a beautiful smile and her attitude was exceptional Pancani is certainly an asset to your hotel

The room atmosphere was very comfortable and clean, with a spotless bathroom and fresh, comfortable towels. We also received complete amenities, along with some delicious cookies and fresh fruit.
Kevin from the Housekeeping team was very attentive, efficient, and friendly. His service made our stay even more enjoyable.
The swimming pool area was beautifully illuminated at night, creating a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. Breakfast was served in the restaurant area, conveniently located next to the swimming pool. The restaurant was clean, comfortable, and pleasant.
Our child also had a wonderful time playing at the Kids Club. The staff were very friendly, and the area was clean and well-maintained. Our child was even taught how to dance, which was such a lovely and enjoyable experience.
Overall, we had a very pleasant and memorable stay, with excellent service and wonderful facilities.
We really enjoyed our stay
The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was really good! The location is also very strategic, making it easy to get around and visit nearby places. All the staff were so kind and friendly, especially Tasya, who was very helpful and recommended some great places for us to visit. Would definitely recommend this place!
