Simply the Best
Beautiful location in middle of town with fantastic views, very warm inviting atmosphere, rooms were extremely comfortable and offered everything and more, very clean and great value for money. We had the romantic dinner for 2, which was a 5 course meal with rose petals, flowers, wine and a beautiful setting

每一位前台、房務清潔人員與餐廳人員，都非常專業、親切而且友善。從入住前的聯繫，到正式入住、用餐、Spa，再到退房，整體體驗都非常順暢而且令人放鬆。
Every member of the front desk team, housekeeping staff, and restaurant team was highly professional, warm, and friendly. From the communication before our stay, to check-in, dining, spa treatments, and check-out, the entire experience was smooth, relaxing, and very well organized.
泳池和浴室都很乾淨，水質很好，水壓也很充足。我們甚至不小心喝到了一點泳池水，也完全沒有任何不適。因為我們自己有帶過濾蓮蓬頭，也發現整段住宿期間濾芯都維持得很乾淨，這點讓我們對飯店的用水品質很安心。
The pool and bathroom were both very clean, with great water quality and strong water pressure. We even accidentally swallowed a little pool water and were completely fine. We also brought our own filtered showerhead, and the filter stayed clean throughout our stay, which made us feel very reassured about the hotel’s water quality.
Senja 餐廳的餐點選擇豐富，而且很好吃。我們連續兩天的早餐和晚餐都直接在飯店裡享用，因為 Goya 的 Villa 環境真的太舒服了，讓人完全不想離開。
Senja offers a wide variety of delicious food. We had both breakfast and dinner at the hotel for two days in a row, simply because the villa environment at Goya was so relaxing that we honestly didn’t want to leave.
另外一定要特別推薦 Spa。整體療程非常舒服、溫柔又放鬆，我們體驗了精油按摩和熱石按摩，都非常喜歡。這絕對是很值得另外付費體驗的項目。❤️
And of course, we have to mention the incredibly relaxing and gentle spa treatments. We tried both the aromatherapy massage and the hot stone massage, and loved them both. The spa is definitely worth paying extra to experience. ❤️
早餐的可頌也一定要吃，真的非常好吃，外層酥香、裡面柔軟有層次。晚餐則很推薦 Chicken Satay。
If you have breakfast here, we highly recommend the croissants — they were genuinely delicious, crisp on the outside and soft inside. For dinner, we especially recommend the Chicken Satay.
從訂房完成之後，我們就可以直接透過 WhatsApp 和飯店聯絡預約 Spa，也可以和 Senja 預約漂浮早餐與晚餐。一直到正式入住與退房，整個流程都非常方便。
After completing our booking, we were able to contact the team directly via WhatsApp to arrange spa treatments, as well as make reservations with Senja for the floating breakfast and dinner. From the reservation process all the way through check-in and check-out, everything was very convenient.
我們這次是來峇里島度蜜月，Goya 真的是這趟旅程中讓我們非常喜歡、也會想再次回訪的飯店。環境很舒服，服務也讓人感受到溫度。真心推薦。🌙❤️
We stayed here for our honeymoon, and Goya became one of the places we loved most during our Bali trip. The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing, and the service felt genuinely warm and thoughtful. We would absolutely love to come back again. 🌙❤️
至於 Senja 的菲力牛排，和其他餐點相比，我們覺得相對普通一些；如果未來菜單能增加 Rib-eye steak 的選項，我們會非常期待。
As for the filet mignon at Senja, we found it a little more ordinary compared with the other dishes we tried. We would love to see a rib-eye steak option added to the menu in the future.

Lil taste of Paradise
Beautiful stay. Everything was perfection. Room amenities Staff was incredible. Pool breakfast grounds location all 10 star. Definitely would stay here again.

We stayed in a pool suite for two nights (room 207), then a one bedroom pool villa (3) for one night. Both rooms were high quality and very clean. Pool suite - only thing that would hesitate us booking this room again was the pool temperature was absolutely freezing so we didn't really get to swim. Pool only gets the afternoon sun. However that meant it was nice to laze on the outside couch, as again you are not in the full sun. Villa pool in comparison was great, a bit of sun, bit of shade. Definitely enjoyed swimming here more. When we come back, this will be our first choice of which type of room to book. Breakfasts were included, great quality and choices. Only feedback was the glasses smelt like egg. (Couldn't finish our juice because of the smell) View from restaurant was superb too. Only feedback about pool area is it would be great to have umbrellas available over each set of sun loungers. We called to get a champagne bucket with ice and two champagne glasses. We had a small tub of ice and two beer glasses delivered... We seemed to encounter a number of staff with trainee badges (no names) so that could be why. We received 20min complimentary massages due to booking directly with the property. Spa room was stunning. Staff were lovely, massage was strong. Would have booked, as we would prefer to stay onsite and make the most of the beautiful facilities, but prices were 3x higher than the massage place a few doors down, that offered a similar service, just not as fancy room. Location on JL Bisma is great. We loved being away from Ubud centre craziness, but close enough if we wanted to wander in. All in all, we can't wait to come back!
