45th Birthday trip
My stay at Jannata Resort & Spa was absolutely amazing and truly one of the highlights of my Bali experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed, cared for, and completely at peace.
The resort is breathtaking — peaceful, beautiful, and surrounded by the incredible natural beauty of Ubud. The atmosphere was exactly what I imagined when I dreamed about coming to Bali. The accommodations were beautiful, relaxing, and comfortable, and the entire property felt like a little piece of paradise.
What made the experience even more special was the staff. Everyone was warm, attentive, professional, and genuinely kind. Their hospitality made me feel right at home and added such a personal touch to my stay.
I came to Bali to celebrate my 45th birthday, so this trip was incredibly meaningful to me. Jannata Resort & Spa helped make it an experience I will always remember. I left feeling grateful, refreshed, and with a full heart.
Thank you to the entire Jannata team for being part of such a beautiful chapter in my life. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Jannata Resort & Spa to anyone visiting Ubud. ❤️🌴✨

Excellent stay pure tranquility in a serene setting
Absolutely beautiful hotel ! There is a sense of serenity the second you walk in. All the staff are dedicated to ensuring you have a wonderful stay. You feel like you are the only guests staying there. We had a villa with infinity pool looking out over the forest. Was simply tranquil ! À la carte breakfast was excellent with a very good ample choice. There is also afternoon tea which is complimentary and very good too. Dinner menu was an excellent choice and well presented. There is a courtesy car to Ubud which we used. Our driver was Daniel, he was a very polite young man who told us lots about Bali and kept us entertained during the journey. He clearly loved interacting with tourists. Thank you Daniel for an enjoyable time. All the staff were very attentive and couldn’t do enough for you. Wished we had stayed longer than the 3 nights. Would definitely recommend and would definitely go back should we come to Bali again. Beautiful Bali Beautiful People

We don’t want to leave!
Our stay at Jannata Resort Bali was truly unforgettable. From the very first moment, we were welcomed with such warmth, kindness and genuine hospitality. Every member of the staff was incredibly professional, helpful and attentive to every need and every little detail, making us feel truly cared for throughout our stay. Our room was beautiful, spacious and spotlessly clean, with a wonderful atmosphere that made it very difficult to leave. The pool is absolutely stunning and the food was excellent — every meal we had was delicious. We also had the opportunity to enjoy a romantic dinner, and it was truly a unique and magical experience. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for something special and memorable during their stay. A special mention goes to Tri and Rani at the reception, for their kindness, professionalism and constant availability, and to Wayan from the restaurant team, who was always so attentive and welcoming. We are leaving with wonderful memories and, honestly, we already miss everything about this place. We wish we could stay longer. Thank you, Jannata Resort Bali, for making our stay so special. We hope to come back one day! ❤️

Dream wedding at Jannata
We had our dream wedding at Jannata, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
From the very beginning, the wedding coordinators were incredibly helpful, attentive and supportive. I had quite a few specific requests and ideas, and they always went above and beyond to make everything happen. They were so patient with us and made the entire planning process feel easy and stress-free.
We had 35 guests, and every single one of them absolutely loved the experience. Many of our guests told us it was one of the best trips of their lives, which says everything about how special the whole experience was. Jannata managed to create a beautiful wedding for a large group while still making everything feel personal and thoughtful.
The wedding itself was perfect. The food was amazing, and every detail was carefully thought through. Everything came together exactly the way we had imagined.
Our stay at the hotel was also exceptional. The property was beautiful, clean, organised and incredibly comfortable. The staff were always so friendly, welcoming and genuinely happy to help with anything we needed.
We are so grateful to the entire Jannata team for making such an important moment in our lives so special. I would absolutely love to come back one day, and I highly recommend Jannata not only as a beautiful place to stay, but especially for anyone considering having their wedding in Bali.

I was genuinely sick, stuck in bed, and unsure whether I’d even be fit to travel the next day. They still refused a refund.
Worse, they kept dodging our request to speak directly with the manager who made the decision.
For a business built around hospitality and wellbeing, this was cold, money-first treatment.
