The perfect get away!
Our stay at Sankara Suites & Villas Ubud was nothing short of perfect. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and exceptional hospitality that made us feel truly special.
The villa and surroundings were absolutely stunning—luxurious, peaceful, and beautifully designed, with every detail thoughtfully considered. The atmosphere was the perfect blend of privacy, comfort, and elegance, making it an ideal escape in the heart of Ubud.
The service was outstanding throughout our stay. Every member of the team was attentive, friendly, and always ready to help, ensuring that every moment was effortless and relaxing. The food, facilities, and overall experience exceeded our expectations.

AMAZING HONEYMOON
Went on my honeymoon here it was the most amazing place. The staff was extremely friendly. The food was delicious!! I enjoyed the free yoga and swimming pools. Great location easy to get to excursions. Would stay a million times again
Honeymoon Stay
This was a magical stay. The staff was so friendly from the people working the front desk to the pick up driver to the people who work at the Ladu restaurant, they couldn’t be anymore friendly. This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Beautiful views, great food, and friendly staff. Juli, Soma, Emi, and all of the ladies who helped make this stay special for our honeymoon. 10/10 I would recommend staying here. It’s very close to the city center and all of the attractions. Unbelievable experience.
Very relaxing stay
Location isn’t too far out from the main part of Ubud, a short 10 min Grab. Local convenience store just next door and some restaurants within walking distance. Atmosphere was very calm, staff were very attentive and friendly and rooms were cleaned every day with a turn down service every evening if needed. We enjoyed the food and the breakfast had a nice variety. I especially enjoyed their chicken tikka masala. The pool area was very relaxing and not very busy at all. We found the resort very pretty, especially the gardens with the fish pond and statues. The only downside I would mention would be the layout of the room we stayed in, there wasn’t much privacy in terms of the bathroom. The wall in front of the shower only had the bottom half with frosted glass. Although you couldn’t really see below the shoulder it was quite unnerving to start with if you’re sharing with family rather than a partner, but don’t feel like this is a reason to not stay here/didn’t spoil our experience. Smooth check in and check out.
Wonderful resort
I had a lovely time at this resort. The food is done to an excellent standard. My room had a beautiful peaceful view & if we ever needed anything the team were accessible, responsive & incredibly sweet. Thank you so much Emi- your smile & great energy brightened our day & thank you to all the reservations/ Laddu staff. A special thanks to Tina and her talented team at the spa, the massages & treatment was wonderful- I could not recommend enough. The team went above & beyond to accommodate us & we greatly appreciate it.
There are so many perks here, free yoga, a gym, room service, gorgeous breakfast, shuttle into Ubud town centre etc. The location is very close to many Ubud hotspots such as boutiques & high end restaurants etc. Lots of additional activities (private chef dinner, cooking classes) which is worth the money if you are celebrating a birthday or milestone. My partner & I had a wonderful time. It’s very peaceful & safe, perfect for a solo trip, great for couples & there were a few small families. It’s quite rare for a resort to suite all needs but I honestly think this one does- and I’m not easily impressed but they made a great impression & created a cherished lasting memories for us!
