Amazing Conrad experience
Wanted to share what an amazing 7 days we had at this resort. From arrival to departure the staff was kind, ever smiling and kind. Room (201) was beautifull and the second bed for our son was extremely comfortable. Pool staff and azure staff pampered us during the day and food at Awo Thai was delicious. Farm experience was really nice for our son. The beach is a bit on the small side but when the tide is good it’s a little gem.
Did two excursions thought the hotel; elephant sanctuary (highly recommended) and koh tan diving plus pig island (pleasent afternoon at sea).
A special thumbs up to Marco, Daniele, Claudia, AE and all the staff. As a diamond member I think I can say this was one of the most memorable hotel experiences I’ve had at a hilton chain hotel.
Amazing stay at Conrad Koh Samui
We really enjoyed our stay at Conrad Koh Samui. The five‑island ocean view from the villa was absolutely breathtaking. The villa is spacious, private and well‑maintained, with a nice private pool for relaxing.
Special thanks to Zye, who gave us thoughtful service throughout our trip. He was very responsive and helped us arrange many things smoothly. The resort has beautiful grounds, delicious food and stunning sea views everywhere.
We had a fantastic and relaxing holiday here, and would love to come back again. Definitely recommend for travellers visiting Samui.

Amazing hotel in a beautiful location with the most friendly and attentive employees
We stayed here with 2 teenagers for 9 nights in August .
The hotel is in a quiet but beautiful part of the island overlooking the sea ( to the west for great sunsets)
All villas have their own plunge pool ( although that maybe being un fair as they are really big) .
The quality of the accommodation is outstanding . A lot of attention to detail with housekeeping leaving sweet treats every day . Free Nespresso coffee and bottled water
Nice lounge area and huge bathrooms . We had a two bed villa and despite not having twin beds in the hotel room a second bed was added within 5 minutes of arriving .
The villas are all separate and if you didn’t leave your villa you would not see anyone else . Even the communal restaurants always felt spacious and not overly busy despite the hotel being fully booked .
Food at the hotel is great . The Thai and Mediterranean restaurant came as part of our half board package . The Jahn restaurant is extra and is steak based . We ate there one night and the food was excellent . Our server , Spy , was very attentive ( and funny)
Room service was also good and a similar price to the restaurants
Despite being the rainy season the weather was great also !
While the resort is excellent throughout the most valuable part of the stay was the attentiveness and friendliness of all employees from housekeeping , reception , buggy drivers and restaurant staff. Everyone we met was very helpful and so friendly
Particular mention should be made to Bill who organised everything in our stay ( trip bookings and recommendations , taxis,) . He really is the perfect host and made our stay easy . One of us had a medical issue while visiting the town. He organised everything for us taking the stress out of a difficult situation . He was even waiting for us when we got back to the hotel to check everything was ok . He really goes above and beyond for his guests .
In the restaurants Ni and Ae were great hosts . Ni was so kind and very friendly and Ae is a great host and funny guy . All of the other restaurant staff were great
Overall , this is a fantastic hotel which is made excellent by the employees ! We will be back !
