This hotel is beautiful! The food is amazing and everything is very well kept and clean! Our check in process was excellent with Zeus who is so nice! We will be Back!
Wonderful Stay Thanks to Zeus
Overall, we had a great stay at InterContinental Phuket.
The Japanese dinner was a little disappointing because it felt quite expensive, but everything else was very good.
The best part of our stay was Zeus, who upgraded us for free from a regular room to a beautiful villa that was much more expensive than what we originally booked.
During our three-day stay, he was always very kind, attentive, and helpful whenever we needed anything. Thanks to Zeus, our stay became even more special and memorable.

An Unforgettable Birthday Stay with Outstanding Service In IC Phuket
I recently stayed at InterContinental Phuket Resort, and it was truly an exceptional experience from start to finish. The front desk reception was warm and professional, and every staff member we met was attentive, thoughtful, and genuinely caring. They also made everything very convenient and comfortable for my elderly grandmother, which we deeply appreciated.
The Pinto & Club Lounge were both excellent, with a rich and impressive selection of food and drinks. For my birthday, the hotel arranged thoughtful touches including a small cake, an unexpected room upgrade, and many other conveniences that made the celebration truly special.
I would especially like to thank Franky and Mind for their tremendous support with our check-in and room upgrade. Thanks to them, I had an extraordinary and unforgettable experience. I am also very grateful for the care and attention from the reception manager at check-out.
I highly recommend InterContinental Phuket Resort to anyone visiting Phuket, and I have complete confidence in the hotel's attentive management. Next time I come to Phuket, I will definitely choose to stay here again.

Great Hotel
A wonderful return to InterContinental Phuket
We are currently enjoying our second stay at InterContinental Phuket, and it feels wonderful to be back. We experienced a small issue with our room, but it was handled promptly, professionally and with genuine care. The way a hotel responds when something does not go entirely to plan says a great deal about its service, and the team made sure we felt comfortable and well looked after.
Special recognition must go to Dew and Terry at Reception. Both have provided warm, attentive and genuinely caring service, making us feel very welcome throughout our stay.
The resort remains beautiful, the surroundings are spectacular, and we are loving our time here. We are still staying at the hotel, but we are already very happy that we chose to return. Thank you to the entire team for making our second visit so memorable.

Wonderful stay!
We’re currently staying at the hotel and have been really impressed with the service. Everyone has been so friendly, helpful and welcoming, but we’d especially like to mention Dew at the front of house. Dew is incredibly kind and professional, and always makes you feel well looked after.
We’d also like to give a special mention to Terry, the wonderful apprentice at the reception , who has been so friendly and attentive. It’s lovely to see such great service from someone at the beginning of their career.
