Room was amazing, bed was comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. Services were remarkable, the concierge walked with us to our room to showcase the amenities. Would recommend the hotel for anyone visiting Phuket

Definitely recommend!
Excellent stay and experience. We were a group of friends celebrating a milestone birthday. The pool was a highlight and the dinner at the restaurant. The staff was extremely courteous and prompt. Special call out to Merlyn at the reception, she was amazing! Definitely recommend!

Outstanding Hospitality from Start to Finish
I traveled to Phuket on my own to celebrate my birthday and enjoy a peaceful vacation, and choosing this hotel turned out to be one of the best decisions I made.
The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with breathtaking views of the Big Buddha and the sea. The design is elegant and stylish, and the atmosphere is incredibly relaxing - you instantly feel at home.
The food was outstanding. Every single meal was delicious, and the chefs truly deserve the highest praise for their work. The bar menu was equally impressive, with excellent cocktails and a great selection of drinks.
What makes this hotel truly exceptional, however, is the people. The staff make you feel genuinely special. Even though the hotel welcomes many guests, you always feel as if you are the only one there. Everyone remembers you, takes care of you, and makes every moment of your stay feel warm and personal.
I would especially like to thank Kirill, who was always ready to help with absolutely anything, and Sasi and Annie, who surrounded me with such genuine care. They even remembered where I liked to sit and how I liked my coffee - those little details made my stay unforgettable.
I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for families, business travelers, couples, and solo travelers alike. It is a place where you can truly relax and feel cared for.
