Fabulous stay in Kata
Lovely hotel. Stayed in pool access room which was amazing. Modern hotel very well set out rooms and very big. Enjoyed our stay - staff very helpful especially Koko & Petch who manned the courtesy buggies to the entrance from reception
Another Memorable Stay at Metadee
We had another wonderful stay at Metadee Concept Hotel.
A special thank you to Chef Lek, who always greeted us with a big smile and took the time to ask for our feedback on the food. During our previous stay two months ago, we attended his cooking class, so it was lovely to meet him again at the breakfast buffet restaurant. We shared how we had been practicing some of the dishes we learned, and Chef Lek was kind enough to explain how to prepare one of the breakfast dishes, the stir-fried morning glory. That personal interaction made our stay even more memorable.
We would also like to give a shout-out to the reception team and the buggy drivers — Aun, Reen, Tan, Ni, and Zeed. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile.
A special mention to the buggy team during the rainy season. Despite the heavy rain, they helped load and unload our luggage while ensuring we stayed as dry and comfortable as possible. Their dedication and excellent service were truly appreciated.
Thank you, Metadee team, for another fantastic stay. We look forward to returning again!

They handled our luggage with great care from the moment we arrived and were always happy to help with anything we needed. They also gave us fantastic recommendations on places to visit around Phuket, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Their local knowledge and genuine hospitality really stood out.
