I am very disappointed with my stay at Wekata Luxury. My experience at check-out was extremely disappointing. The hotel refused to return my USD 300 security deposit, claiming there was a scratch on the glass cooktop. They did not provide a proper damage report, repair invoice, or any evidence that justified withholding such a large amount. I expected a fair and transparent process, but instead I felt that the situation was handled unfairly. I recommend that future guests carefully inspect the room upon check-in, take photos of everything, and make sure they fully understand the hotel's security deposit policy before staying. Unfortunately, this experience overshadowed the rest of my trip.
