My stay at the Renaissance Phuket Resort
The newly renovated hotel shows very well! The entire team was great but a special shout out to Dennis at the Bell Stand. He is a great ambassador for the hotel and shows genuine hospitality that is so unique is these times! Hats off to the entire team!
Great Memories
R, Taffy and Sek are especially responsive to my wife and me every time we are at the pool side. They are conscientious all round to other guests too. We are returning guests and it’s great to be remembered.

Brilliant
What a lovely place to visit with the family and kids. The staff is outstanding and they go out of their way for anything that one needs. Close to the airport.
Special thanks to R, Sun, Toddy and Aud. These boys at the pool side were on their toes at all times and never let us feel left out.
