SEA VIEW HOTEL SIMPLY THE BEST
This is our third time at the magnificent Hotel. it’s in an excellent offering location super facilities throughout We booked bed and the breakfast is amazing always with great choices of Asian and European dishes. But the gem in their crown are the super staff members in every department and every issue was dealt with a totally professional and customer friendly manner, Simple faultless. I have stayed in many hotels in local area and non have ever been as good as this one. We look forward to our next return very soon.

Highly recommend Patong Seaview Hotel
We had an amazing stay at Patong Seaview Hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always happy to assist with anything we needed.
Our room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean, with a beautiful ocean view. The bathroom was spotless, and the hotel was well maintained throughout. The location is excellent—just a short walk to 7-Eleven, restaurants, shops, and Patong Beach, making it easy to get around.
A very special thank you to the team for making my son's birthday so memorable. They surprised us with a beautiful birthday cake and lovely room decorations, which meant so much to our family.
We also enjoyed watching the local fishermen selling fresh fish across the road in the mornings—it added to the authentic Phuket experience. The swimming pool was great for the kids, and the food was delicious.
I highly recommend Patong Seaview Hotel to anyone visiting Phuket, especially families. Thank you to the entire team for making our holiday so special. We can't wait to come back!

Seaview Patong Beach Hotel
We stayed there for the first time this May 2026. For two weeks. Two room Interconecting with our kids. We all loved this hotel. The rooms the feel. The breakfast was great. And the pool area was also good. When are air con broke down, it was fixed quickly with a fruit basket thrown in. We always stayed at the Horizon Beach Resort in Phuket, but since it was demolished we have been looking for our second home away from home. And i think we found it. The libarary was great and cocktails where good.

Terrible and Unprofessional Hotel
We recently traveled to Thailand and stayed at Seaview Patong Hotel, and it turned into one of the most horrible and careless hotel experiences we have ever had.
During breakfast at the hotel restaurant, my wife found a piece of glass inside the bread she was eating. The glass actually cut her tongue and she started bleeding. This was a serious safety issue and could have been even worse. Instead of treating it as a medical emergency, the hotel staff showed complete negligence. When we informed them immediately, they were not concerned at all and simply kept repeating “sorry, sorry” without taking any proper action or showing any urgency.
Later, when we escalated the issue and demanded accountability and a refund, the hotel manager came to our room and unbelievably offered us coupons for a free lunch or dinner. This response was absolutely shameless and insulting. After finding glass in the food, how could anyone possibly trust the same kitchen again?
To make matters worse, we also raised a complaint with MakeMyTrip regarding this serious incident, but they have been equally irresponsible. They closed our complaint ticket without even consulting us or resolving the issue.
This incident clearly shows the poor safety standards of the hotel and the extremely unprofessional handling of customer complaints by both the hotel and MakeMyTrip. A piece of glass in food is not a small mistake — it is a serious health hazard. The lack of responsibility and concern from both parties is shocking and unacceptable.
