Relaxing Phuket
We were in Bang Tao. The accommodation was beautiful. It was spacious, clan and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and kind and tried to meet our every need. The breakfast had a lot of choice but at dinner one was expected to eat too much. The whole experience was wonderful.

Lovely space, beds are nice. Customer service is excellent, Tay was very helpful and kind and respectful! - We all really liked him. Nice area. Pools could be cleaner. Noise level was nice and quite. Atmosphere was nice.

I love the fact that it has pools everywhere, and staff always willing to take you to your room and to the beach and town.
A great stay made special by the staff!
Hotel was amazing! So much space, quality beds and very clean bathrooms. Many swimming pools as well as two infinty pools where you can enjoy looking at the great view and sunset. People there were also very welcoming and kind. Had an incredible stay overall.
A Lovely Stay Made Special by the Staff
We stayed at Mida Resort Phuket for around six days and had a really enjoyable stay. The rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed, while the resort itself had a nice atmosphere and good facilities, including the pool and communal areas. The food was also enjoyable, with a good variety of options to suit different tastes.
What truly made our stay special, however, was the staff and incredible hospitality. Everyone was so kind, welcoming, positive and hardworking, always greeting guests with a smile and genuinely making us feel looked after. Their warmth and friendliness made our stay memorable, and we are incredibly grateful to all the staff at Mida Resort for making our holiday such a lovely experience.
