Behaviour is not good
I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The reception staff was not cooperative or helpful at all. They insisted on charging extra amounts without properly explaining or justifying the charges.
The staff’s attitude and behaviour made the overall experience very unpleasant. I expected much better service and professionalism from the hotel.
