We were impressed by making short stay at Sheraton Grand Danang Resort. Large room in clean condition, bathtub and shower facilities with stable water pressure. Amenities were well-prepared for our daily needs. The culinary experiences were another major highlight—the restaurants served outstanding, high-quality dishes throughout our visit. Staff members were attentive and friendly. In a morning, Mr Dang (not very sure if it’s a surname or not)specially served ginger drinks to my companion as he knew that she was feeling not too well. Grateful to his thoughtful service. We will definitely be back!

Lovely Experience at Sheraton Grand Da Nang
We had a lovely experience at Sheraton Grand Da Nang. The entire team was wonderful and made us feel warmly welcomed throughout our stay, from Chien during check-in to Kamila at check-out.
Everything was smooth and effortless, which really allowed us to relax and enjoy the calm, peaceful atmosphere that perfectly matched our vacation mood. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable!

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our time at Sheraton Grand Danang. One thing that stood out to us was how welcoming the team was when we arrived. Bao Ngan greeted us with a big smile and was happy to answer our questions. Such a small interaction, but it made a very good impression on us. Thank you!

I had a wonderful stay at Sheraton Grand Danang Resort. The hotel was beautiful, the room was comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and attentive. Special thanks to trainee Bao Ngan for being so helpful, polite, and professional throughout our stay. She really made us feel welcomed. Highly recommended!
