Be warned - not really wellness!
This place heavily markets itself as a "bliss and wellness" resort, but if your idea of wellness is dodging screaming kids playing football right in front of the pool, fighting for a sun lounger, and waiting 45 minutes for a starter and another 45 for a main, this is your ticket. In reality, it is a loud, crowded family resort and should be marketed as such.
The environment was so far from relaxing that I initially decided to cut my stay short by two nights. Unfortunately, the manager convinced me to stay—a massive mistake.
Their gym is severely neglected and poorly maintained. Earlier during my stay, I complained about aging equipment and a treadmill that kept jerking while in use. Today, while using the cable machine, the cable snapped, causing the weights to strike me in the head. All captured on video.
Management’s response to a dangerous, injury-causing equipment failure was appalling. They offered no explanation for why their gym isn't maintained, simply telling me they plan to "improve the gym". When they tried to sweep it under the rug by offering free resort services, I refused.
What management fails to understand is that people come here expecting a peaceful holiday. You expect relaxation at a wellness retreat—not weights hitting your head, safety hazards, and total chaos.
You’ve been warned. Skip this place if you’re really looking for Bliss and Wellness.

Wonderful experience for a mini getaway

Bliss made our Wish
We just finished 2 weeks at the Beautiful Bliss resort Hoi an and our stay was perfect in everyway for our needs, we need the following - Amazing Food, Friendly happy service daily, Traditional accomodation with Super comfy bed and pillows, Impeccable daily room service, Excellent healthy Food options, The friendliest BEST staff in the world, a great pool to relax around with sufficient sofa lounges. Bliss our Wish had it all. 🙏
