Great stay
It was a brilliant stay at the Emerald Resort. Great pool access and kind staff. Easy to walk or bike into the Old Town. Will be returning in years to come.
Best Hotel in Hoi An
Best hotel we have been to in Vietnam, has everything that you could ask for for a fair price (amazing room, huge pool, great room service, great breakfast, very flexible tours and activities).
In addition, the staff is wonderful, very welcoming and accomodating, especially Maya thanks to whom our trip was so memorable.
I cannot recommend this hotel enough.

Relaxing Stay
We really enjoyed our stay at Emerald Riverside Resort. It is a quiet and peaceful location, while still being centrally located and convenient for exploring the area. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we particularly enjoyed the pool and the happy hour.
The staff were attentive and welcoming throughout our stay, with a special mention to Quang, who was particularly helpful and friendly.
Overall, we had a lovely experience and would happily recommend Emerald Riverside Resort to others looking for a relaxing and well-located stay.
A wonderful stay!
The riverside location and surroundings are so peaceful and relaxing. It really gives you that nice, one-with-nature kind of feeling. Another big plus is that it’s just a few steps away from the night market, so you can easily head out for food and shopping. Just make sure to keep some bug spray handy, especially at night.
The staff were all very welcoming, friendly, and helpful, especially the guy from the night shift whose name I unfortunately forgot. He was really accommodating and made sure to help us with whatever concerns we had.
We stayed in a poolside twin room with a balcony, and it was spacious enough for two people. It might feel a little tight for a bigger family, though.
The sound-proofing was ok for me, I didn’t hear noise from outside or the other rooms.
The buffet breakfast was a bit limited in terms of choices, but there was still enough to fill you up and keep you going for your day-to-night adventures.
We didn’t get to use the pool since we were out most of the time, but it looked clean and well-maintained.
Overall, it’s truly a little gem, especially considering the location and price. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Best choice of stay for family in Hoi An
It was my first time planning for a trip for my family and I was so glad i chose Emerald Hoi An Riverside for our hotel stay here. We booked two rooms for two nights and the quality of the service, the rooms, food, facility and the overall vibe of the place very much overweight the prices we paid. Best choice i would say. The restaurant staffs were amazing and very friendly and the reception staffs were a true gem in hospitality service. We definitely enjoyed and look forward to coming back again! Thanks a lot Emerald Hoi An team!!!
