Nice stay!
It was a short but very nice stay, Music and Anna at front desk were nice and friendly. Rooms were clean and the bed was huge.

My Stay at The Pavillon
I had a wonderful stay! All amenities were great! I will definitely be back when I visit Hoi An in 2027. Mr Music and Tracy at front desk team are friendly and helpful.
Great rooms, not so great service.
Hotel and rooms are lovely and clean. William greeted us on arrival and was fantastic and helpful to get us started in Hoi An and to check in. The pool area was dirty and disgusting (cigarette butts, empty beer cans, earrings) and when we reported it to front desk nothing was done for the entirety of our stay. We also wanted drinks from the pool bar…the first day it took us three times going to the desk before someone came and then left again never to return. The next two days no bartender in site. The bar and area was completely covered with ants and the lounger chairs were stained and dirty as well. Lastly, we ordered pizza from room service annd they didn’t have the ingredients for our first choice. We ordered a different one and when the pizza came it was very undercooked. We returned and they cooked again, but returned still undercooked with raw dough. They said they couldn’t make another one because they didn’t have any more ingredients. The next morning they did make it right and removed it from our bill.

We loved Pavillon. The staff were amazing particularly the staff from the bar and the restaurant. They were beautiful, very welcoming and very friendly!! Loved you guys
