Great hotel, slightly let down by a few niggles
We stayed at this hotel for 5 days in July/August and had such a lovely time. It was the second time we’ve been there (the first time was a disaster because of the floods in 2025 and we really wanted to come back. The staff were wonderful and the rooms, Spa, breakfast were amazing. Thank you so much The reasons for not giving the hotel 5 stars were
- I had to ask for an extra pillow 3 times. The last time I got quite cross.
- the shuttle bus to the town was pretty much always booked up during our stay.
- the breakfast was amazing but the service wasn’t great. Plates not cleared from our table, food and glasses etc not replenished fast enough at the buffet.
- the bar staff were totally untrained (hapless really). It took what seemed like 30 mins to get a negroni and the drink that came was not a negroni. I had to teach them myself how to make a negroni!

Fantastic Vietnam experience
We had a very enjoyable stay with family. The hotel is gorgeous and the people extremely helpful. Yuri was particularly helpful with organising our day trips. Big shout out to all the staff!!

Lovely time!
The Vietnamese Coffee workshop with Kim Thao and Kim Hue was very fun and delicious! Hiep was very helpful as well! High quality resort and customer service, gorgeous views, and a very luxurious experience!
Pleasant resort, lovely service
It’s a pleasant resort at the beach, with very helpful and pleasant staff. Waitress Thanh Thao was so charming and even offered to explain the origin of the local noodle dish I ordered for dinner.
