Welcoming and very good service.
Check in here was so efficient and welcoming. Made sure we were comfortable, offered us a welcome drink and cold towel. Our room looked a bit dated at first, but once we settled in, we were happy. Accessories were sufficient, with a daily top up of what we had used. Bed and pillows were very comfortable Shower was just the best, good pressure and the shampoo etc was of a very good quality. Towels were clean, white and soft. Breakfast here was one of the best we have had on our holiday so far~ we have stayed at four hotels. Prices were very reasonable with a good amount of time for Happy Hour. Once the doors and windows were closed, our room was really quiet. Even when we were checking out, they took our luggage and offered us a drink again.

Convenient and lovely stay
The location was the perfect spot to walk around Ancient Town and restaurants/bars on An Hoi. The atmosphere was peaceful and family oriented. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The value of the hotel was well worth the money. The noise level was very minimal to nothing and the service was amazing! The amenities looked to be great. We only used the front pool which was fantastic and the free breakfast was a huge highlight. Good quality and wide variety. I wish we had more time to go to the spa because it looked lovely.

A very peaceful hotel with two swimming pools. The lunch was very good, and the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing, with beautiful views.
