Greece Travel Advice

Entry requirements differ by country. The Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office issues country specific travel advice including Health, Visa and Vaccination requirements.

Entry requirements:

- Entry requirements for all travelers:

Passengers arriving in Greece do not need to show a proof of COVID vaccination, a negative COVID test, or a certificate of recovery from COVID. You do not need to complete a Passenger Locator Form (PLF).

- Passport validity:

  • Issued less than 10 years before the date you enter the country
  • Valid for at least 3 months after the day you plan to leave

Schengen area passport requirements

Visa requirements:

- General:

No visa required for up to 90 days in any 180-day period. For longer stays, work, or study, check with the Greek Embassy.

Travel forms:

No Passenger Locator Form (PLF) required.

Additional information:

  • Check passport stamps for entry and exit
  • Traveling with medication: up to 5 different prescribed medicines, maximum of 2 boxes each
  • UK Emergency Travel Documents are valid for entry, airside transit, and exit from Greece
