Costa Adeje Holidays are centred around a large resort in the southwest of Tenerife and has become a firm favourite for regular holidaymakers to Tenerife. An upmarket area, a holiday to Costa Adeje is an ideal base for your holiday, giving good access to the rest of the island as well as the nearby resorts of Playa de las Americas and Los Cristianos. The quieter atmosphere of a Costa Adeje holiday, compared with other resorts makes it a holiday favourite with families as well as older generations.
The black volcanic sandy beach at Costa Adeje forms the centre of any holiday here, and offers a perfect quiet location to soak up the hot sun or to partake in many of the watersports on offer. Within the resort of Costa Adeje is also a stunning marina filled with large yachts and ocean going vessels which are popular. A promenade runs behind the Costa Adeje seafront and connects the town with other nearby resorts, and is lined by a number of restaurants and bars offering a variety of refreshments and local cuisine to holidaymakers.
A Costa Adeje holiday is not complete without a visit to the old town further inland, which offers a more cultured side to a Tenerife holiday. With a number of historical buildings and other cultural sites it is well worth a visit. Further inland holidaymakers can explore the fascinating wild countryside of Tenerife which offers a completely different side to this wonderful island.

Tenerife is lucky enough to boast a near-year round climate, there is very little variation between Summer and Winter in temperature and indeed in rainfall. However the day-to-day weather around the island can vary depending on where you are in the island, for example at the summit of Mt.Teide it may be snowing whereas just an hour away on the beaches of Playa de Las Americas you can quite happily sunbathe! The coast of Tenerife boasts the most sunshine and least cloud than the rest of the island. The hottest months are July and August with an average temperature of 25C, the coolest months are December to February with an average temperature of 18C although it can reach up to 22C even in these months! The driest months are June to August with virtually no rainfall, the most rainfall falls from October to December with an average of 15mm a month.
