Everything was to our expectations for a 3 star only downside was the mattresses which were thin, lumpy and should have been changed years ago, otherwise great. Consuela our maid was brilliant and went out of our way to assist us.

5th time at Aguamarina Golf Apartments so that says we like it there. the rooms are big and spacious and clean you can have fresh towels every day except Sundays and Fridays when the cleaners don't come.You can have pool towels with a returnable deposit.the only negative with the rooms for me I think the hotel needs some new mattress covers the ones on the beds are very crinkly under the sheets . There is a large fridge and a top box freezer a microwave hot plates coffee maker but no kettle in the kitchen area but you can boil a pan of water so no problem. The rooms also have a large balcony.

My wife and I really enjoyed our three weeks at The Aguamarina Golf apartments. Nothing was too much trouble, all the staff were friendly and ready to help if necessary. We will certainly return.

These apartments are very well run, I'm sure we will return again and again.

Very good hotel in a nice quiet area.

The rooms are looking a bit tired and would benefit from upgrading.
We stayed half board and whilst breakfast was excellent, dinner could be a bit disappointing.
Overall a very good winter holiday.
On the plus side the housekeeping and reception staff were brilliant and the free bus service to Los Christianos and Las Americas was a huge bonus.
We hope to go back same time next year if the same deal is available.

Apartments, although showing their age were kept extremely clean and the staff were all very polite and helpful.
Lack of free wiFi always an irritant but we have been to these apartments many times and accept all the issues which are outweighed by the positves

We were extremely pleased with our holiday, your company arrangements were excellent flights, tranfers, accomodation first class. Our room was excellent with views over the ocean. We would recommend your company to anyone.

Spotlessly clean very good room. Spacious and excellent.

Whilst hotel is showing signs of age, the staff work very hard to keep it very well maintained. The housekeeping staff cleaned to a high standard. Se needed help with the safe and a light bulb changed, both were actioned very quickly

As a solo traveller, Mercury does a great job of finding hotels with no single supplement.

The hotel was very clean. The flat was very spacious, and the sea view was beautiful.

All of your reception staff were excellent and very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our recent holiday and will return certainly.

Beds are uncomfortable . Not as good as last year when replacing soaps shower caps and no tissues provide this time.

Maid service excellent, kitchen poorly equipped, overall very friendly and efficient staff, good choice of food, excellent location. A very enjoyable holiday.

Excellent accommodation, with very good facilities. There was a very wide choice of food good house wine, and friendly staff. We enjoyed the wide range of fish, and the varied salads and deserts available. The apartment was very good, with wonderful view over the marina.
We felt the WiFi charges were excessive, especially when using more than one appliance. There were times when it might have been cheaper using free WiFi at the Irish Pub opposite!!

It was our second time at Aguamarina Apartments; each time we have encouraged friends from UK to join us and the couple who did this year enjoyed it very much. We had excellent rooms overlooking the marina and this added massively to our enjoyment.
Reception staff, cleaners and restaurant staff were all friendly, helpful and hard working.
We plan to come again for our third year in 2016 but we are concerned that we may not have similar positioned rooms so that is a drawback.
After the problem experienced re the shuttle last year all was very much in order this time.
A minor grouse was that we could not receive anything other than BBC world news on the TV.
All in all a great holiday

The staff in the dining room and the cleaning staff were excellent.

The food preparation and selection were very good but they failed almost every day to maintain the food to a reasonable temperature through lack of either putting too much out or not using lids to cover food on hotplates. I don't think providing a micro wave is a suitable alternative (sorry to complain) excellent restaurant staff quite exceptionable.

Lovely helpful staff, very good sized and value for money accomodation in great location. From Marta in reception to Lewis and Vanessa in Restaurant and our main maids service we were really well looked after and our stay was most enjoyable.

Very helpful & friendly staff

We asked for a particular apartment and were very happy with the one we were given, this was our 3rd visit to Aguamarine Apps & with the right apartment it won't be the last.

Large spacious apartment with a superb view over San Miguel Marina and bay. Probably one of the best apartments in the hotel. We would certainly go back providing we were able to get a similar apartment. We went self catering and were surprised that there was not a kettle or toaster provided.

Fabulous, only thing I didn't like was the mosquitos!

The variety and quality of the hot food was excellent but it was not always very hot.

This hotel is quite surprising. The rooms are a little tired, but food, service and cleanliness is excellent. We will be returning.

Apartments were roomy and very clean and well equipped. View was outstanding. Pool area was spotlessly clean. The only disappointment was the temperature of the food. The hot cabinets did not keep the food very hot. Also we got the same choice every night. Plates were stone cold and therefore by the time you got to your table the food was cold.

the apartmets were well situated and better than the hotel facilities which were noisy and did not have airconditioning on in the public rooms

breakfast and evening meal are now served in the apartments resturant
it would have been useful to know that a hairdryer was in the bathrooms as standard (something less to pack)
