We love the country. 
This was our third visit to Oman (staying at a different location each time). The Intercontinental team ensured that we felt at home with them and made a birthday treat, extra special. 

Many thanks to Sunni, Austen, Shamen, Wadir, Romit, Upalt, Yang, Nadeen, Jovin, Ahmed, Wiem, Saltheesh, Aramugam and Mohamed (who kept our room stocked up in water and tea) - but all the staff were helpful and enthusiastic. 

Each evening before enjoying a fabulous meal, we enjoyed a beach walk by the sea, with a beautiful sunset. 
You don't need much more than this!

A thoroughly relaxing, birthday week in Muscat.

The hotel is in a very nice location, the rooms are well cleaned and up to date and the hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. A special thanks goes to Mr Ahmed Al Balushi in the reception, who made us feel immediately at home and helped our stay feel even more amazing!

Great staycation experience in Muscat

Seek Luxury And Heritage of Sultanate Oman

Highly recommend this hotel. The service is outstanding; I checked in at 8am after a night flight and they kindly had my room ready. The room was a standard double but spacious and luxuriously appointed, especially the bathroom. Housekeeping did a stellar job each day. I thought the pool area could do with a bit of an update but it’s fine. Good location. Overall it’s a very good value hotel. The Japanese restaurant is excellent and I recommend visiting even if you’re not staying.

Very good value luxurious stay in Muscat

The check-in was fast, and I thank Mr. Hussam, the deputy manager, for his quick assistance and guidance. 
And for getting us a very good room.
This was my second stay within a year, and the breakfast buffet was outstanding, with excellent service. 

If you visit again, be sure to look for the deputy manager, Hussam.
